I was able to get a loan from their in-house lender. I appreciate the APR being less than my old car. The financing rep Mike was very informative. There was an issue regarding the credit check process w I appreciate the APR being less than my old car. The financing rep Mike was very informative. There was an issue regarding the credit check process where I informed Danna not to have my credit checked by multiple lenders without confirming they’ll offer me a loan based on my credit report retrieved by the dealership. She agreed and proceeded to have multiple lenders run my credit which I did not appreciate. After approaching her about it she then proceeding to give clarity on how it works. Overall I got a decent car for a decent deal given my credit and the market right now. Thanks Mike for the clarity and assistance. Thank you Vince for cheering up the room. It’s unfortunate to face a total loss of a car but you all helped the process be smoother in many ways. Thank you all. More
