Overall great service and they seem to be taking the current environment seriously with proper precautions. I was greeted and helped immediately when I arrived. The individuals I worked with were courteous and professional. They did everything they could to make me comfortable and offered refreshments various times during the visit. They prepped the car beautifully and took care to make sure it was in perfect shape before I left. Unfortunately there were a few downsides I experienced while there as well. I had the majority of the deal worked out prior to visiting the dealer, however I still spent over 4 hours there. Majority of that time was spent waiting on the business office so that I could sign the papers. And in defense of the business office they did seem backed up, still doesn't make sense to spend that much time at a dealer when the deal is mostly worked out ahead of time. While at the dealer I overheard another salesperson cursing fairly loudly, such that I could hear them on the other side of the showroom floor, which is highly unprofessional. Lastly, I dealt with an individual via email and phone to work out the deal prior to visiting the dealer. When I got to the dealer that person didn't even come out to introduce themselves in person. It would have been nice to meet them, and slightly more professional for them to come out for a brief moment to say hi. Those are a few things I believe they can work on to improve, though again overall they were wonderful. More
