They had a car that I wanted but would not stand by their garage's work when I came back with a workmanship problem. The low oil sensor came on three weeks after I drove the car off the lot. I brought the car to my regular local mechanic who found the drain bolt not properly tightened, the bolt which had last been touched by Route 1. The dealership refused to reimburse me for the oil change needed after their shoddy work, instead waving a small documentation fee just to get me to go away. Places like this are the reason why I go to small private shops for my car maintenance. More
