Pleasantly surprised I have used many dealers in the ost to have my Jeep serviced. From the minute I pulled up to the minute I left, my service adviser, Lori kept me in t I have used many dealers in the ost to have my Jeep serviced. From the minute I pulled up to the minute I left, my service adviser, Lori kept me in the loop on my vehicles progress. This was an express lane visit and I asked them to see why my check engine light came on a few times. The mechanic found a fault with the thermostat and they fit me in to get it done right away. The garage was very busy and they still were able to fit me in. Lori did an excellent job getting me in and out as quick as possible and she was proficient, honest, and professional. This has not been my experience in the past but this dealership came through for me and may have changed my opinion. More
