On October 5, I had my vehicle serviced at Rt1 Dodge On October 5, I had my vehicle serviced at Rt1 Dodge for a No start, no crank issue. My service was LORRIE who at first seemed very confident and reliable. This has gone downhill very relatively quick! Diagnostics was run on my vehicle and it was determined that I needed a new TIPM system and needed to be ordered. The part was ordered and put in the vehicle. (No updates on the status of my vehicle- I had to call) The vehicle was ready for pickup on Nov 2, I went to pick up the vehicle Nov 7, which I informed them I wouldn’t be able to pick it up due to transportation. I arrive to find the vehicle dead, why is it dead if the issue with power was corrected. LORRIE stated oh well no one knew it would’ve take myself this long to pick up the vehicle, but I should’ve started it. They charged the vehicle back up and I then get the vehicle back home to not only find out, MY FOBS wouldn’t lock or unlock my doors. So I drive back and I was informed, the service tech would look at it and I’ll get a update before they closed, (No call). I called the next day and no one has looked at the vehicle yet.. this goes on for the next 2 days. I finally get a update and I was informed that an additional diagnostic fee would be charged to figure out why my vehicle won’t start. I argued. Im not paying for that, and Lorrie states this is preexisting.. PREEXISTING???? NO, it’s not. I requested to speak to the manager, he’s not there but I’ll have him give you a call, this goes on for a week where no call or he’s not in the office. As of November 29, I received the call letting me know of cost, I asked why am I paying for something that happened at your facility? I declined any additional work from this location and collected my “fixed” vehicle. No locks, battery drain issue and now as of today Dec 7, the vehicle doesn’t start. Money well wasted! This location is unprofessional, the GM and Service Manager doesn’t respond to calls/ unavailable all the time and Lorrie who’s a great person but keep a promise in calling back when she does. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, you go in for one thing and come out worst than you went in. It shouldn’t have taken 2 1/2 months for something like this, if they were more professional and kept an open communication I solely believed that experience would probably been better. Not sure if I’m the only one who’s experienced this at this location but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Cannot believe they would treat a vet this way! More
Are You Kidding Me Leased a 2016 Jeep SRT from Rt 1. The salesman Vince was excellent and gave me a great deal. However thats where the great ends. Their motto is...Just throw parts at it and maybe we will get lucky and fix the problem. They have no clue as to how to diagnose a problem. O got rid of the Jeep and will never br back to Rt 1. More

Amazing service I went to dodge on route 1 because my neon srt4 was having computer problems my car was then towed to route 1 dodge. I went to the service desk where Sydney keane helped me a ton told me it was going to take up to 45 minutes and only ended up waiting 25 minutes!! I would definitely recommend route 1 dodge and asking for Sydney’s service I was in and out in no time. More
