Lost my service ticket I dropped my vehicle off about Sept 18th and did not get it back until Dec 23rd because they lost my paperwork and my key. This was mainly due to the part apparently on national back order the service lady leaving and not passing on my info and vehicle. I didnt bother to check because I assumed they were doing their job and I had also bought a new truck when I dropped my original vehicle off for repairs. My vehicle purchase was great between Vince and Gary!!! More

Rude, inept, worst service ever Never go to this dealer for service. They don't know what they are doing, and keep you waiting forever.
