"Needed a new Tire "

I came in with out an appointment, and did have to wait 2 hours, however the waiting area is comfortable. The only negative would be the broken charging station- waiting anywhere 2 hours will drain a cellphone 😂. After waiting 2 hours I was told I needed a new tire which they didn’t have in stock - but they would have in a few days, so it was ordered and paid for. Taylor, my service manager kept in touch with me to let me know when the tire came in. I returned, again without an appointment and waited about an hour for the tire to be mounted on the back of the Jeep. A pretty painless experience working with very nice people.

My dealings with Lori Poulsen have been wonderful she was very professional and thorough. She took the time to go over the vehicle inspection sheet and my bill she answered all my questions. My dealings with the Route 1 Dodge Ram service team has been very good. At this time I would also like to say that I have had other service advisors such as Larry Addison again very professional knowledgeable polite and friendly he has never made me feel like I'm a pain cuz I know I can be Meghan Dornisch another service advisor who has helped me in the past was nice and very efficient in getting me the information that I wanted at that time and had a great attitude. The Route 1 dealership should be proud to have these people representing there service team. Keep up the good work

"A scary moment put to ease."

My truck wouldn’t drive more then 1 foot and talk about panicked setting in. I called Larry the server tech and he put me as ease by offering me a tow truck pick up and then he provided me with a rental for the duration of my truck being service. Plus he kept me updated with the status on the progress of my repair. Thank you Larry for your help.

"Nick in service dept"

I traveled from Jackson to this dealership because of all the good things that I have heard about the service department. Totally great experience. Great facility and top notch service department. Nick was especially helpful even assisting me with some of the features of my new car that I was not able to figure out. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about my vehicle and proved invaluable.

"Piece of Mind"

I came to Rt 1 after having an AWFUL experience elsewhere. Taylor was very helpful from the minute I drove on the lot. I was going on vacation the next day and she put my mind at ease. I had an extended warranty and thought it would be covered, but unfortunately it was not. Taylor saw the whole process through and I could not be more thankful for her and her professionalism. I will def be back!

Larry at the service center was an excellent help. Very patient, helped explain the process, etc. Very happy with overall experience. I hope not to come back anytime soon for more service on my truck, but if I do I believe they will take c hope not to come back anytime soon for more service in my trunk, but if I do I’m in good hands.
