Guess I should have read all the negative reviews before making a purchase. Now I am just another unsatisfied customer. Purchased a car on 4/24/2015. It is now 6/10/15, and I still don't have my plates - temporary plates expired on 5/24/15. I call every day, and nobody ever calls me back. Not exactly what I would call customer service. Left multiple voice-mail messages for managers Carmine and Craig; but I guess their management skills are lacking. NOT EVEN THE CURTESY OF RETURNING MY CALL. I have been pulled-over 4 times by law enforcement due to expired plates, and these "clowns" can't even answer the phone. NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE THROUGH BRAD BENSON. More

Very bad aftersales service I bought a vehicle at bradbenson. They rushed me through the closing. I was told the registration would take a month. Once the registration expired af I bought a vehicle at bradbenson. They rushed me through the closing. I was told the registration would take a month. Once the registration expired after one month, all attempt to talk to a manager was refused by the phone operator; I was told there is nothing they could do to get me the registration for the vehicle. I explained that I had parked the vehicle because I didn't want to get in trouble with the police, I was still told that there is nothing brad benson could do. The phone attendant was not friendly . It appears the only interest for the company is sales and not after sales service. I was also promised a remote for the car to be picked up a month after sales when I went for my registration. that also didn't happen. if you decide to buy from bradbenson, then make sure you get everything you need on the day you close the deal. Hyundai I originally arrived to Hyundai to get an oil change. I was greeted by an extremely rude male who was supposed to "check me in". I did not make an app I originally arrived to Hyundai to get an oil change. I was greeted by an extremely rude male who was supposed to "check me in". I did not make an appointment for my oil change because I'm a nurse! My schedule is crazy and it's hard for me to commit to a specific time. He told me I was going to wait 4 HOURS for a 20 minute oil change, he told me I have to wait for everyone who had an appointment to go first when no other customers were around me. He immediately pissed me off. So in the mean time I decided to look at some newer cars hoping to get into a lease in the future. My salesman Joe was phenomenal and met all of my needs. He was very friendly, honest and down to earth which I appreciated. Most salesmen shove a bunch in xx up your xxx until you say OK or goodbye. Joe showed me all of my options and even taught me how to drive stick when I wanted to learn. I really give him 5 stars and I want that to be clear. After picking a car and coming to an agreement, my finance guy, was alright. He seemed to want to rush through the paperwork, I didn't really mind because I've bought at least 7-8 cars In my life so I already know what it is. Still, while signing your life away you want to know what each document means. For example, the lemon law. Anyway, after driving off the lot I've noticed two stains and damage to the leather on my backseat. In a brand new 2015 lease? Really? Brad benson is far from my house it's not convenient to drive back and fourth. So needless to say, you won't get a dollar out of me to fix those things come time to return the lease. After driving stick for a few days I had some doubts as to whether I was going to be able to get the hang of it. I tried to call my old salesperson, Rich Reid, who was promoted to finance for some encouraging words and to ask about my options. After 3 calls and voicemails (he had the receptionist send me to voicemail every time) with no return call, really opened my eyes to what you guys really think of people. Just another dollar sign and who cares what happens to them afterwards. I was really shocked to not here back and kind of disgusted, especially after I had referred 2-3 people to him and two of them he sold cars to. I felt comfortable with Rich but that's out the door for sure. A lot of things went wrong with my past visit to Hyundai, but I don't regret my purchase simply because I like my car. But if someone were to ask me about brad benson, I'd probably tell them to go to Davis Hyundai. From the looks of it, most of your co-workers need to take another lesson in customer service. More

I chose Brad Benson because I had had a positive experience with my current car and was looking for the same quality treatment. When I arrived I made my economic constraints known and gave a ceiling figure for my monthly payment that I would not be able to exceed. With all the vehicles they had in stock, they showed me Hyundai Santa Fe and a Kia. The Santa Fe fit what I was looking for but I was pretty sure I would be able to afford it based on the low mileage. I told them that I planned to shop around and that asked me if price was the only reason I would not take the Santa Fe. I replied truthfully and told them it was. After much negotiating we arrived at a figured that was about 100 dollars more than I told them I could afford. In order to make it possible, the sales manager offered to right me a $2000 dollar check to cover the difference until 2 years had passed and I could refinance. I accepted the deal contingent on receiving the $2000 dollar check. They ran my credit and told me everything was ok and let me drive out with the vehicle. I was happy and satisfied. Two days later I get a frantic call from the financial guy Rocco, saying my loans were not approved and I needed to come up with a co-signer or I would have to give back the car...despite telling me that everything was ok the day I purchased it. I was able to find a co-signer and when we arrived to sign the paperwork, I was told I was approved at much more than originally quoted and said they would either require more in the way of a down payment or would only be able to give me a check for $1100 instead of $2000. I had to accept the $1100 check as I could not afford to place more toward my down payment. This will mean I will have less time before refinancing and will likely not get as good of a rate. As of now I still have not received my check and my first bill is almost due. On top of that, when filling out the paperwork, the worked it so my co-signer was listed as the purchaser and not the co-signer. As a result my credit will likely not improve as I make my payments. In addition, I was issued a temporary license plate tag and registration which have now been EXPIRED for almost 10 days. Still no word on when my new ones will be in. When I called to find out what was going on, I was directed to a sales manager multiple times who never seems to be in and then does not return phone calls. When I mentioned my worry about being pulled over for improper plates and registration, the sales manager I was finally able to get ahold of told me they would reimburse any tickets I get. This does not help me if I am issued points or my vehicle is impounded. I'm not looking forward to having to take the dealership to court in the event I am issued points or my car is impounded. Save yourself the frustration and pick another dealership. I am very upset with how I have been treated! More
