Leased a 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T and love everything about it. Chris was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the specs and features of the different Sonata trim levels. He really took the time to show me multiple cars with varying options, and let me test drive a few of them too so I could really get a feel for the different engines available. Ive dealt with a lot of nightmare dealerships in the past and Brad Benson Hyundai is definitely NOT one of them. Great all around. More
The best service I have ever received! Yesterday, my husband and I went to Brad Benson because the lease on my Hyundai Sonata was coming to an end shortly. I have leased two of these cars consecutively over the last six years from this dealership and now I decided to make a change from the Sonata to the Santa Fe. Our salesman was Jason Adamson. He was above and beyond THE BEST SALESPERSON we have EVER dealt with!!! We told him what we needed and what kind of a deal we were looking for and he made it happen. Not only was he very efficient and helpful, but he was so personable. He had my husband and I laughing our whole way through the experience of leasing a new car. I have always been a person who drives a black car. He would have gotten me whatever I wanted but he convinced me to try something different so I got the red Santa Fe and I could not be happier! During the time we were there, he took my husband and I out to look at all the different colors available. It was a very cold day yesterday and when we got back to the showroom, I asked him about the Genesis. I was also contemplating getting this car. Well, he insisted we all put our coats on and go out to have a look at them as well. I felt a little bad because of the weather, but he was more than happy to accommodate us. He pointed out to me the reasons I would be better off with the Santa Fe based on my personal needs. This just shows me that he was trying to make sure that I ended up with what I really wanted and needed. In the end, I leased a red Santa Fe. He, in no way, made us feel pressured and we hope very much to do business with him again in the future. This is our third round with Brad Benson and we are very happy with their service. Everything always goes very smoothly when we go there. Looking forward to dealing with them again when it's time for the next car. More

Went to this dealer because they had a 13 CPO vehicle with all the bells and whistles that grabbed my attention. Like other customers here I experienced the back and forth with the "there's no way we can give you the car for that payment". I ended up overpaying big time but I really wanted the car. My salesman Eddie was a peach. He really had no control over the sales managers BS. I promised them a down payment that I was going to get from my 401k. The check took way longer than expected. My temps expired on 2/8/15. I called on 2/7/15 to make sure they were in and I'd come down with my deposit since I live an hour away at this point I might as well just make 1 trip. I was told they came in 2/6/15 but because I owed the deposit they couldn't release them until Monday because they were in the motor vehicle dept that is not open on Saturdays. I asked why no one called and was told "we don't call we send postcards". That's great if your temps aren't expiring in 2 days. I had to use some vacation time today so that I wouldn't be stuck driving there and back in the dark with crummy weather. I'm really dissatisfied with the way this was handled. I hope to god I can use the extended warranty at ANY Hyundai dealer. Buyer Beware!! More

I would definately recommend this dealership to everyone! He did everything he could to make me happy and i was totally satisfied. He was able to give me exactly what i wanted for a reasonable price. My case was hard because of my credit, but he along with other employees were able to get me a loan and a decently priced monthly payments that no other dealership could do! More
