Honest Sales Guy for a change I absolutely hate buying a car. Si I did.I met Nelson Valentin who was friendly upfront and a gentleman.I never look forward to leasing cars.But Nelson made it fun.After we saw the numbers I told him what I wanted spend. His manager along with Nelson told me it can happen if the Company gave dealerships the right authorization.Nelson called back in two days.Nelson told me we can now get the fully loaded Hyundai for the price I could afford.If you are looking at Hyundai you must go to Brad Benson's asked for Nelson Valentin.You will not be disappointed. I brought my 3 month old car in for an oil change and to put some air in my tires in order o have the indicator light go out. It took me 2 hours for this service. I don't understand why they bother making appointments and then tell you that they are "slammed". Unfortunately I built my maintenance costs in to my lease and I'm stuck coming back to this dealership for 3 years. I was promised when I leased my car that the service department gets you in and out. I could have taken my car to jiffy lube and been done in 15 minutes.l More

Brad Benson SUCKS and They can KICK ROCKS!!!! My husband and I previously purchased two vehicles with Brad Benson. Paymen and Joey D were great. They sent us an email. So we decided to stop in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They were willing, able and ready to close on a deal...NO outta pocket cost. Sounds great but, we couldn't stay. Damian said, well come back Friday and that's what we did. We spent 5 flipping hours there to walk away with nothing...yes nothing! Damian discouraged us from getting the car that I wanted. Then Garrett comes and tries to force me into a car that I clearly told him that I wasn't interested in! So fine, I said I"ll stay with the same car I have but a newer model. They wanted $2500.00 outta pocket...No way, not for the same car! We've never had to come outta pocket that much. After all the headache and disappointment, my husband gave one last offer and Garrett told him come back in 10 months when my lease is up. How is that for customer loyalty!! So we decide to go to Sansone...Yep They sealed the deal. I got the same car, little outta pocket cost and only a $13.00 increase in my payments...plus free tire replacement for the length of the lease. All in an hour and half. Now, the question is...why couldn't or why didn't Brad Benson close a deal? I will not refer anyone to them. They are very misleading, time consuming, arrogant and could use some customer service courses. More

Great New Car Buying Experience! After enjoying my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe for 221,000 miles, it was time to buy a new SUV. And I thought why not another Santa Fe? So after checking o After enjoying my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe for 221,000 miles, it was time to buy a new SUV. And I thought why not another Santa Fe? So after checking out Brad Benson Hyundai's reviews on Yelp, I decided to give the dealership a try. The fact that I am a Dallas Cowboys fan didn't hold me back from visiting this dealership co-owned by former New York Giants player Brad Benson! Our salesperson was Paul Falciglia. Paul listened carefully to our needs and parameters before bringing around a new vehicle for a tour and test drive. I appreciate that he took his time showing us the features of the car - under the hood, in the cabin, and the impressive electronic dashboard features. After agreeing in principle that we were interested to purchase the car, we worked on crafting a deal. After a few rounds of negotiating and some assistance from Steven B., we agreed on a deal that we were thrilled with. Importantly - many car dealerships are reputed to be like shark tanks - but I felt that the staff at Brad Benson treated us honestly and fairly in the negotiations. Also, there weren't any garbage charges in the final bill - the price reflected what we had verbally discussed. Brad Brown in the finance department explained the different optional warranty programs - but wasn't pushy in forcing anything on us (appreciated). As an added bonus, we took home a 40" Smart flatscreen TV (valued at almost $600) related to their Black Friday 2014 special! Yes, I would recommend Brad Benson Hyundai and Paul F. in a heartbeat.
