Worst Buying Experience. Best Salesman. I visited the dealership around 4 PM on Friday September 5. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and thoroughly disseminated all details of the prod I visited the dealership around 4 PM on Friday September 5. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and thoroughly disseminated all details of the product, carefully questioned and analyzed my needs, gave me numerous model and price alternatives and helped me make an informed decision in a very pleasant non-pressure manner. I am not ashamed to say that my credit score isn't great and I must give Peymen credit for working hard to get me an acceptable deal. So around 6 PM I made my decision to buy, but it all went very wrong from there. I told the salesperson, Peyman S., that I would come back on Monday to do the deal because I had an extremely important prior commitment and absolutely must leave by 7 PM. Peyman was very cooperative but unfortunately his management was not. They insisted and pressured me to complete the purchase and delivery and promised to get me out by 7. Despite my repeated protestations, pointing to my watch every 15 minutes or so, saying "Guys, I MUST be out of here by 7", and their repeatedly saying "It will just be a few more minutes"... I did not leave the dealership until 8:30!. The vehicle they pressured me into taking was missing floor mats and it was dirty. They assured me I could bring the vehicle back at any time and in addition to supplying the mats, they would detail the vehicle, which would only take 45 minutes. These people have problems in managing time and certainly had no respect for mine. I made an appointment through the very apologetic and gracious Peymen to return with the vehicle that next Tuesday. I waited in their lounge for 1 1/2 hours and when they returned the vehicle to me I was dismayed to see unbelievable incompetence: they had done NOTHING!. The manager, Aron Brown, expressed meaningless apologies that did not give me back the precious time I wasted there plus the 1 hour round trip travel time. Peymen called later and expressed his regrets, offered to try to get the vehicle serviced properly,...but I have received no follow up from Brad Benson management. I am astounded at such mercenary callousness. I am very pleased with my Hyundai Tuscon . I'll just write it off as just another miserable experience with a typically shady non-premium car peddler. I will not return to Brad Benson. I have purchased more than 20 cars in my lifetime and this was the unmatched worst experience. Beware their everyday "Huge One Day Sale". More
