Bad experience at Brad Benson I have been looking for a deal for a Hyundai Sonata. This morning, I encountered two new 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T at a terrific price on Brad Benso I have been looking for a deal for a Hyundai Sonata. This morning, I encountered two new 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T at a terrific price on Brad Benson's website. I submitted a quote and quickly was in contact with Christopher Catalano in the Internet division. I set up an appointment at 4:00 that afternoon for a test drive. So far, so good. I arrived at Brad Benson around 3:45 that afternoon. I walked into the dealer and was directed to Joe S. This dealer demonstrated poor organization as Joe S. thought I was Christopher Catalano when I showed him an email that was sent by him. Furthermore, Joe S. was unable to find any information about my request and made me look up the stock number on their unusable mobile website. After a while, I checked my email and found I wrote down a stock number in one of my emails to Christopher Catalano. Once I gave Joe S. the stock number, he informed that neither 2012 Sonata SE was in stock. This demonstrates a lack of concern for the customer as I had made a specific appointment less than 4 hours before to test drive that model. Why didn't Chris Catalano call me to say this when I live 45 minutes away from the dealer? However, Joe S. was already plotting as he wrote down a stock number for a 2014 Sonata GLS on my request for the 2012 model. I gave him a TrueCar quote from another dealer which he promised to match. I gave him my maximum price. He made me wait over half an hour to go on a test drive of this 2014 Sonata GLS when I already test drove the same exact model at another dealership. However, the worst had yet to come. When we sat down after our test drive, the out-the-door price was $2,000 over my budget (which I mentioned to him before). When I tried to walk away with my mother, he insisted we wait and that he and his manager would be able to meet my budget. He came back over with an aggressive sales manager, who went on to tell me to disregard my budget and tell me that my TrueCar quote was inaccurate and that the deal he was offering was better. They also tried to push an Elantra towards me when I told them I specifically wanted the size of a Sonata. Joe S. and his sales manager tried not to let us to leave,. When my mother and I walked out of the dealer, we were confronted by the General Manager who aggressively asked us why we left. I lost it with him and I plan to file an official complaint with Hyundai Motor America regarding this dealer and their lack of consideration for their customer. I am a first time car buyer and they have lost a customer for life after they wasted 4 hours of my day about an advertised price they had no intention of honoring. More

By far, best experience I came into Brad Benson knowing I wanted to get a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Lorenzo approached my Dad and I in the parking lot and immediately felt comfor I came into Brad Benson knowing I wanted to get a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I had a budget I was working with and Lorenzo made it happen for me. He made sure I left with what I wanted with the price I was looking to spend. He followed up with me numerous times making sure I am completely satisfied and to me, that is amazing customer service. I absolutely LOVE my car and will purchase a Hyundai again in the future and will only deal with Lorenzo. I had a great experience with Brad Benson, but mostly it has to do with my awesome salesman!
