Santa Fe 2014 Purchase I absolutely did NOT want to go car shopping - it is an experience I dislike and have no patience for. Lorenzo made this process SO simple and easy! I absolutely did NOT want to go car shopping - it is an experience I dislike and have no patience for. Lorenzo made this process SO simple and easy! He listened to what our needs were, was very responsive and took care of everything we needed all in 1 day! It was, by far, the best car buying experience we have ever had! Ed G did a wonderful job of reviewing all the car's features and made himself available at any time! Brad in Finance was fantastic - answered all of our questions and made the process a smooth and seamless one! More

Great people, Amazing Service We had car problems on the way to Atlantic City, traveling from Long Island NY. So we needed to make an emergency pitstop at Brad Benson Hyundai. It was a Saturady late morning when we called ahead to ask if they would be able to help us. Not a problem at all, said receptionists Melissa and Michelle, who could not have been more friendly and assuring. When we arrived we were almost immediately greeted by David Karlstein, who is the service director. He is great at what he does, a true asset to Hyundai. David was able to get our car fixed in an amazing amount of time and we were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend in AC worry free thanks to him and the rest of the great people at Brad Benson Hyundai. More

Poor attention to issues with my 2014 Elantra This is my fourth attempt to get a resolution or at the very least a follow up to my problem with the air conditioning and brakes in my 2014 Elantra. So far I have left a voice message for Sandy K, emailed Al Hood and Rich Vento and to date no one has shown the slightest bit of concern for my issues. The ac in the car is horrible and the brakes are making a grinding sound I’m at the point of returning the car and taking my business to Toyota. I will never recommend this dealer ship to anyone of my friends or family members the service is worse than the ac in my car. More

Here is a bitter experience I had with them for you to think on deal with them. Last Wednesday after searching on internet I loved to take Hyundai Sonata 2013 certified from them which met all my expectations (Price was not my concern). But I was thunder struck on there price breakdown over the internet price. Car price + 459 (certification cost) + 399 (documentation cost) + 259 (Data doc cost) + registration cost + 7% tax. My question to them was, if the car is mentioned certified on there web page why should I pay them extra for certification and data doc? They bluffed me that it is NJ policy and they think I am new to this. I explained them that my friends took Nissan Altima, VW Jetta, in the last months for which they did not come up with these charges. The managers here are really carp where they try to stuff the losses on us. I left the dealer in very bad mood. The dealer called me the next day and said he spoke with his managers for a better deal and I could come to negotiate. To add to my frustration, on reaching there this Saturday they quoted me a price which is way beyond a price which they quoted on Wednesday. When asked, the manager give an explanation "Every day is different and this car worth has increased". I could not tolerate my frustration and moved from there immediately . Now this is a time for me to forget about Brad Benson and Hyundai. Need to check on a better brand and dealer. There is always a $2K extra they quote over the actual price which you will know on reaching there. Beware of this dealer and save more on your pocket. Hyundai is loosing more customers because of such dealers. More

Great and easy deal! I visited Brad Benson Hyundai on Saturday, 6/14 after calling the week before and dealing with an online sales rep who gave me great information. Once I visited Brad Benson Hyundai on Saturday, 6/14 after calling the week before and dealing with an online sales rep who gave me great information. Once arrived, I was greeted by Lorenzo and after telling him I was interested in the Sonata (lease), he helped me right away, finding out all the things I was interested in, wanted/needed in the car, and right away found the model on his lot for me. He even got us food and drink while we waited! After seeing the car and discussing, we took it for a test drive and I loved it. We sat down and discussed the deal and he worked with me as best as he could and gave me a great price that I was very happy about. I would highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Hyundai - thanks again to Brad Benson and Lorenzo! More
