It was a pleasure to have met Sammy Chou. I went in with an interest in buying an SUV, having done a little research with the make and model I was hoping to buy. His attention to detail, extensive knowledge of product, and customer services skills was top-notch. He spent quite some time in the lot showing us each car that was available, the color, trim, and even the goodies that each package offered. It took us a while to decide, but he was very patient with us through it all and eventually sold us a car that I LOVE!
