This was my second vehicle I purchased from Brad Benson Hyundai.The reasons behind the repeat visit was simply because the first was exceptional. He is smart, witty, funny, and most importantly- my kids adore him!!! Secondly, the level of professionalism by the complete staff through and through was superb. The managers, the finance gentleman Oscar, and the really nice guy (I forgot his name- who sealed the deal and I hugged) all were fantastic. I WENT TO BRAD BENSON HYUNDAI AFTER NOT HAVING MUCH LUCK WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. FROM THE TIME I HAD MY CONVERSATION WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE TO THE TIME I WALKED OUT THE DOOR I WAS ASSURED THA WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. FROM THE TIME I HAD MY CONVERSATION WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE TO THE TIME I WALKED OUT THE DOOR I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO THEIR BEST TO GET ME IN A VEHICLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY PRIOR VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR CRASH. MANNY HELPED ME AND EXPLAINED THE DETAILS OF MY CAR TO ME AND ALSO WORKED ON GETTING ME THE BEST FINANCING DEAL AND KEPT TRYING TO LOWER MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WHICH HE SUCCEEDED IN DOING. My car has a bad moldy smell coming from the AC vent, and service is unable to deal with it. This is the second Sonata that has had the problem. When I left the dealership yesterday 10/2, the idea was that detailing the car would be a temporary fix until a factory rep could come out and look at the car. By the time that I got home, the story had changed, and detailing was now going to solve the problem. Plus, I have left multiple messages today, and not received a call back from the service manager(10/3) to find out why the plan had changed. So, overall, I am VERY unhappy with the treatment that I have received over the last 2 days!!!!! More
