My car has a bad moldy smell coming from the AC vent, and service is unable to deal with it. This is the second Sonata that has had the problem. When I left the dealership yesterday 10/2, the idea was that detailing the car would be a temporary fix until a factory rep could come out and look at the car. By the time that I got home, the story had changed, and detailing was now going to solve the problem. Plus, I have left multiple messages today, and not received a call back from the service manager(10/3) to find out why the plan had changed. So, overall, I am VERY unhappy with the treatment that I have received over the last 2 days!!!!! More

The vibe in the dealership is very friendly, amped with energy and you can see without a doubt the amazing teamwork between the entire staff. They make you feel like they've known you forever having just met. Most importantly they follow up not once, not twice, multiple times to make sure you are happy with your car and let you know that you can call them for anything you need.
