I fixed up my appointment after talking to them and gave them full details about what i am looking for. I was looking for CPO Hyundai Sonata with less than 30K miles. I was asked to come at 5:30 PM. When i went there - for around 10 minutes i couldn't found whom i need to meet. So i started talking to one of the sales person and told that i am having an appointment. He asked me about all my requirement(I was wondering what happened to the details i provided over the phone). Then he left to wait for some time to look for what he has. I have to wait for around 15 minutes. While taking me to the car lot - he asked some really not required questions - what is your budget - i told him cost is not a big factor - if i find a good car - i will pay for it....but it seems that guy got hung up for that question - asked me almost 5 times...really very irritating...i told him that let's look at the cars first...he started saying that he doesn't want to waste his time??? Then i told him that i have looked couple of other 2011 CPO Sonata and i know what price range they will be in. So let's get started....he took me to some cars - but some of them were not having the prices almost mentioned. So when i answered - no straight answers from him. Then once again he jumped on to his favorite question "what's your budget?'. This time i gave him the budget range...then he started blabbering a lot - it's not possible...why not you consider Elantra or leasing etc...I told him that i have been to another Hyundai dealer in NJ and i know what i am talking about...he then came back to his original statement "i don't want to waste my time"...i decided to leave now...then he wanted to come in and discuss other options...i declined as i dont wanted to do business with some dealer who have such a big mouth, arrogant, insensitive, pushy sales man who doesn't know how to deal with customers with some respect or dignity. I will suggest - look for other dealers and don't waste your time with this dealer. Route 22 North Plainfield Global Mall Hyundai dealer is much better...when i was leaving this sales man passed on another comment - we are the biggest Hyundai dealer and nobody can beat our cars and prices.... Unlike most dealerships we've been to, Manning was able to negotiate our needs with the Business Manager, and he was able to close the deal to our satisfaction, without the need of the Business Manager coming over to explain the deal, or close it. He wanted to Make sure get we got The Car we wanted at Fair price While making sure The dealership Made some money too. (I think people forget they are a business so everyone has to win). We test drove us in 3 cars and we chose a 2013 Elantra. Once the deal was sealed their F and I guy Oscar made the financing and paperwork a breeze. I would suggest you buy from Brad Benson and when you do buy from Anthony C. (He even made sure we got the color pinstripe "WE" wanted put on the car.) You will be glad you did. BTW tell him Mark and Viktora Klatskin sent you and I am sure he will making finding the right car for you a breeze. I strongly suggest making an appointment to meet with your salesperson in advance. The dealership often gets clogged with customers as they do make great deals here so calling ahead will assure you get priority service by Anthony C or one of their other reps. Good Luck with your car shopping. We will definitely by from Brad Benson and Anthony C again in the future!! More

I am 82 years old and I have a friend of mine typing out this message for me. First, I just want to thank God I knew Sammy sold cars. Second, I wanted to thank Brad Benson for giving me such great servic this message for me. First, I just want to thank God I knew Sammy sold cars. Second, I wanted to thank Brad Benson for giving me such great service and a good deal. I bought an Elantra and Sammy helped me through the whole process. I do not know much about cars either so he explained to me in the correct amount of detail about features that speak to me or that were important for me. I was a Hyundai encyclopedia by the end of the day. He was very helpful tipping me constant advice on which car to get and which features to get. He helped me catch-up on the latest in car technologies and he was very funny and helped make shopping a car much more enjoyable than it usually is. He even said something about XM Radio which was NEVER in my old car and the cool thing about it is there is music I like in there and talk shows as well. I cannot describe in words how helpful he was. Finally, we settled on a navy blue Elantra which was peculiar to drive at first but after we had the demo drive and the delivery, Sammy already made me feel familiar to the vehicle and I could’ve drove it with a blindfold on. The smaller size of the Elantra was something I always desired and it worked out great compared to my larger Buick. Heck! I think I might even have more storage space. The thing I hate most about car buying is talking to the insurance companies. Sammy did that all for me! He called the insurance company with me to register and insure the car. He even haggled with the representatives to get me a lower rate. I received a great deal on the insurance thanks to Sammy. I did it without even lifting a finger. It made my day that much better. I can truly testify that Sammy has changed my opinions about buying a car. I have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime but never have I been with such a friendly and funny car representative who was easy going, but very task and detail oriented. He made sure I had everything I wanted in my car like some invisible checklist. And finally the Elantra I had my eyes on fulfilled every requirement. It was a sight to see. I would definitely recommend any of you reading this or any of my friends to Brad Benson and Sammy you can’t go wrong with them! I am so happy with my new car! More

Bill was very friendly and easy going during the always arduous process of buying a car. Along with his mgr Jim, they worked hard to develop a price and payment structure that fit our budget. Since this purchase is a preowned vehicle, he continues to service some minor issues. On a different note, Mr Benson's radio advertising is inaccurate with respect to the 30% discount because, like most people, we did not qualify for any of these offers. Additionally, the price on the vehicles is increased due to trim levels that are included. As such we were not able to afford a new vehicle. Mr Benson should stop advertising that it will take 30 minutes to buy a vehicle. It took us approximately 6 hours. More
