As soon as my mom and I walked into Honda Gallery we were greeted with a very nice professional receptionist who immediately introduced us to Anthony. Anthony was super friendly but not in an annoying desperate to make a sale type of way. He was eager to answer all questions we had as well as take time to find the best possible insurance out there that I could afford. He made us feel as though we were the only clients he had and after a while waiting for insurance coverage he took time out to get to know me and the reason why I chose Honda. He really took his time in showing me all the gadgets and buttons were for the car, making sure I was fully ready to drive it home. We wouldn't go to any other Honda dealer! Brian Sullivan was excellent to work with. He wasn't pushy, only emphasized that if I were wait until after the month ends the price would not be as desirable. I visited the Honda Gallery in hopes of leasing my first new car. I had done lots of research before visiting the Gallery and had already decided on the Accord. He showed me all of the features of the vehicle and how to use them instead of just mentioning them like other dealers do. We took the car for the test drive and I decided this was the car I wanted. Herve and Carlo both did a great job working with the financial people to get me a great deal. I especially appreciate the effort they took in locating the exact car I wanted, which turned out to be quite a task. Throughout the whole experience they were friendly and honest which made the process much more enjoyable! I will definitely be returning to The Honda Gallery when my lease is up! More
