Brian Sullivan was excellent to work with. He wasn't pushy, only emphasized that if I were wait until after the month ends the price would not be as desirable. He allowed me to test drive the car 3 dif pushy, only emphasized that if I were wait until after the month ends the price would not be as desirable. He was very clear on all of my options and pricing due to the fact that I wasn't sure if I was going to be leasing or buying. He matched my desired trade in price for my old car. I visited the Honda Gallery in hopes of leasing my first new car. I had done lots of research before visiting the Gallery and had already decided on the Accord. I went to the Gallery on a Sunday morning at 11 right when they open, and was met right away by Herve. He was very friendly and knowledgeable right from the beginning. He showed me all of the features of the vehicle and how to use them instead of just mentioning them like other dealers do. We took the car for the test drive and I decided this was the car I wanted. Herve and Carlo both did a great job working with the financial people to get me a great deal. I especially appreciate the effort they took in locating the exact car I wanted, which turned out to be quite a task. Throughout the whole experience they were friendly and honest which made the process much more enjoyable! I will definitely be returning to The Honda Gallery when my lease is up! More

I had a great experience! Sully is a great guy who genuinely cares about the customer and the quality of his work. The only thing that was upsetting was the business manager told me that because it wa genuinely cares about the customer and the quality of his work. I chose the Bruins and was super excited and told everyone I was getting a Bruins plate. The day of.. no Bruins plate. I felt annoyed due to the fact that he offered the plate and told me I get to choose and shook my hand right after. Overall, I'm pleased with my first lease and told my friend John and Avis to get a car through Sully. I will be back for sure in the future!! More
