I had a great experience! Sully is a great guy who genuinely cares about the customer and the quality of his work. The only thing that was upsetting was the business manager told me that because it wa genuinely cares about the customer and the quality of his work. The only thing that was upsetting was the business manager told me that because it was my first car as a gift from Honda, I could choose a vanity plate. I chose the Bruins and was super excited and told everyone I was getting a Bruins plate. The day of.. no Bruins plate. I felt annoyed due to the fact that he offered the plate and told me I get to choose and shook my hand right after. Overall, I'm pleased with my first lease and told my friend John and Avis to get a car through Sully. I will be back for sure in the future!! More
