I ventured up to Gallery Honda in hopes of purchasing a 2010 Honda Sport Fit that I had noticed on the dealership's website. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was fortunate to meet Herve, who introduced himself at the door, and engaged me in a discussion of my wants, needs, and the options that were available to me (in addition to my "dream car"). After factoring in my preferences, finances, and overall situation (and after taking several different test drives), lo and behold, Herve managed to point me to the right car, which wasn't the initial car I had in mind, and which I am totally thrilled with. I am grateful for Herve's expertise - I had a great experience with him and the dealership overall, and will go back for my future auto acquisitions. I recently bought a 2013 Accord from Honda Gallery. The only reason I went to look at a car was because my car, that I LOVED, was giving me problems and I had to get a new one. My mom and I met with Kerry only reason I went to look at a car was because my car, that I LOVED, was giving me problems and I had to get a new one. My mom and I met with Kerry Simmons, he was very pleasant and informative. I felt a little bad because I was in no mood to look or test drive any car. But Kerry was very patient, he never hovered, never pressured, and answered EVERY question we had. What impressed me the most was that with the minimal information I gave him he pulled up a car for me to test drive that was definitely my style. He seemed very enthusiastic about it and his excitement transferred to me. When I was done with the test drive I really liked the car and was ready to make a deal. Kerry patiently sat down with me and my mom, he explained all of my financing options. He asked me what price I was looking for and I was ready for him to laugh at me. BUT, Kerry told me that he was going to try to make that happen and he sounded very sincere. Well Mr. Simmons worked very hard and was able to get me an amazing deal! When I returned to pick up my new car Kerry went over all the features, helped me set up my car, and took time answering all my questions even though it was past closing time. Overall my buying experience was amazing, I went from being very sad and worried about letting go of my old car to completely loving my new car. Kerry was incredible, I really felt like he was on my side and not just there to make a commission. My mom was so impressed that she is now looking into trading her car and getting a new one with the help of Kerry. I will definitely recommend Honda Gallery, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
