I went to this dealership to just look for a mini van. He was fair and I felt that he was honest with the pricing and he was pleasurable to work with. King was the representative that discussed financing and final paperwork. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was fortunate to meet Herve, who introduced himself at the door, and engaged me in a discussion of my wants, needs, and the options that were available to me (in addition to my "dream car"). After factoring in my preferences, finances, and overall situation (and after taking several different test drives), lo and behold, Herve managed to point me to the right car, which wasn't the initial car I had in mind, and which I am totally thrilled with.
