I recently bought a 2013 Accord from Honda Gallery. The only reason I went to look at a car was because my car, that I LOVED, was giving me problems and I had to get a new one. My mom and I met with Kerry Simmons, he was very pleasant and informative. I felt a little bad because I was in no mood to look or test drive any car. But Kerry was very patient, he never hovered, never pressured, and answered EVERY question we had. What impressed me the most was that with the minimal information I gave him he pulled up a car for me to test drive that was definitely my style. He seemed very enthusiastic about it and his excitement transferred to me. When I was done with the test drive I really liked the car and was ready to make a deal. Kerry patiently sat down with me and my mom, he explained all of my financing options. He asked me what price I was looking for and I was ready for him to laugh at me. BUT, Kerry told me that he was going to try to make that happen and he sounded very sincere. Well Mr. Simmons worked very hard and was able to get me an amazing deal! When I returned to pick up my new car Kerry went over all the features, helped me set up my car, and took time answering all my questions even though it was past closing time. Overall my buying experience was amazing, I went from being very sad and worried about letting go of my old car to completely loving my new car. Kerry was incredible, I really felt like he was on my side and not just there to make a commission. My mom was so impressed that she is now looking into trading her car and getting a new one with the help of Kerry. I will definitely recommend Honda Gallery, everyone was very friendly and helpful. When you go ask for Kerry, you will not regret it at all. More
The people at the dealership were very friend and not pushy. I used the internet to get the price of the car so the key variable was my trade, which they did not low ball with their initial offer. Rob Gionvanucci is just an unbelievable salesman as well as having the personality that matches. He walks around the dealership with this huge smile on his face and makes you feel right at home. He will go out of his way to accommodate every need and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with him and with your new car purchase. My experiences with Anthony Sacco at Honda Gallery far surpassed the visits I made to other dealers. When I walked in, I had already visited several other dealers, and how I was treated was as important surpassed the visits I made to other dealers. Anthony greeted me and as we walked the lot, I already knew Anthony would get the sale. He shared his extensive knowledge on the various cars and spoke to me in a manner that was respectful. I found that at other dealerships a woman alone is often treated as 'ditzy' and talked down to. Anthony gave me hope that not all salesmen are jerks when talking to unaccompanied female customers. I didn't indicate my favorable impression to him, and continued to let him 'work' for my sale. His demeanor remained constant and at no point did I feel belittled. We discussed price and trade in value and both were better than other dealers offered. The car I wanted wasn't easily available (Civic LX, 5 speed standard), and I knew I didn't want to upgrade. After telling him that, he asked for three color choices and began to search. Within a few hours, Anthony called to tell me he found it. The sales process went smoothly and Anthony stayed beyond his normal workday to give me a tutorial on the features and functions. After going for a drive, and loving it, I realized there were a few things I wanted to know more about, and returned unannounced the next day. Again (and after the sale), Anthony proved to be a completely respectful salesman. He reviewed the questions I had and provided me with a second tutuorial, answering each question and explaining things until I felt comfortable. There are salesmen 'out there' who have been selling cars longer than Anthony, but they could use a few tutorials on how to regard a woman and customer satisfaction from Anthony. You should buy a car from this man. More

We were greeted at the door by a gentleman name Adolfo. Than the sales manager Carlo came over to introduce himself. I explained to them we were there to take a look at a new 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport that we had seen on their web site. Carlo said Adolfo would work with us and he would drop over to assist us in a few minutes. Adolfo offered us drinks and gave a seat. He than went and pulled up the vehicle for us to test drive. My niece liked the vechice so we went into discuss the deal. I had done my research on this vehicle and knew the right price to pay. We did have a trade and like most deals this complicates the process. Adolfo went and had the trade appraised while we worked through some numbers. At that point Carlo joined us and we went over the numbers. I explained to both of them this is my niece's first vehicle purchase and we had a tight budget to work with. We worked back and forth for about 15 minutes and came what I thought was a good deal. Not knowing the interest rate on the loan was a big issue. Carlo assured us he would help us through the whole process. It was now closing time and we all decided to take the night think it over. The next morning Carlo called me to check in and see what we decided. I told him we would come in and sign the deal. We went back the next day and met with Carlo and Adolfo. Carlo than went over to the business manager and explained to him that we needed a low interest rate to make this deal happen. I had done my own spreadsheet for the payment we needed to hit. Carlo came back over and his number was within five dollars of what we had planned on paying. Bare in mind he did not know our numbers. Throughout the whole process there was no high pressure. Adolfo and Carlo helped us through the whole process from start to finish. Having been involved in many vehicle purchases I have to say this was very simple and a pleasure to work with two gentlemen that really cared about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership and team. So if you are shopping for a Honda stop by the Honda Gallery in Reading. Call ahead and ask for Carlo the sales manager. Tell him you want to work Adolfo and Carlo. You will have no pressure and they will help you get a vehicle that fits your budget with no pressure. More

Mr. Brian Sullivan was my salesman, his professionalism, prompt aassistance, friendly attitude and assurance that our questions were answered were all top notch. Prior experiences with new car purchases have always turned me off due to the high pressure to purchase that day and the old saying this price won't be good tomorrow. Brian never pressured us into anything, he is definitely a first class salesman who makes you feel warm and welcome with no request seeming to be too much to ask. We took the vehicle for a test drive for an hour and when we returned Brian answered all the questioons we had. When I stated I wanted to think about it would the price still be the same when I came back, his response was most certainly, we don't play that game here. That sealed the deal, I immediately told him I was ready to purchase the CR-V. I asked Brian if they had the color CR-V and upholstery we wanted, he researched and stated it was in stock. He brought the vehicle so we could make sure it was what we wanted and did another test drive in the lot. It only took about five or ten minutes to agree on the price of the vehicle, the quickest transaction we have ever made. Brian Sullivan is an assest to your company and would recommend him to friends and family for any Honda purchase, he is the best. More

We always felt that we were dealing with inexperienced people and getting the run around. We felt the exact opposite when we walked into the Honda Gallery in Reading. Herve Pierre-Louis was our sales person and he was TERRIFIC!!!! Very knowledgeable, easy to work and felt that he went the extra mile. Can't say enough about him. We also had dealings with several other employees (Frank McLaughlin, King Perry) and they were all so pleasant and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this dealership and guarantee that the next time I am in the market for a new car this is going to be my first stop!! More
