Honda Gallery in Reading, MA is very welcoming, friendly, & low pressure. I was very lucky to get Anthony Sacco as my salesman. He was professional, personable, & knowledgeable and at the same time friendly, & low pressure. I was very lucky to get Anthony Sacco as my salesman. He was professional, personable, & knowledgeable and at the same time keeping my needs in the forefront. There was no high pressure to buy things that I would not use or need. By the end of our meeting (4.5 hours later), I felt Anthony was a friend who had my best interest at hand. Anthony was very patient. I came into the dealership to look & decide which car would be right for me. I was between two models. My first choice was the CR-V and in case that wasn't going to work, I was interested in the Accord as my back up choice. I explained to Anthony that I wasn't planning on buying that day but making decisions on what model I wanted and whether to buy or lease. Anthony had no problem with that ... he encouraged me to take my time & be happy with my decision! Anthony was meticulous in his explanations between the positives/negatives of the two (to buy or to lease). For me, either would have worked out fine but I was trading in an 11 yr. old Taurus and Anthony could tell I felt more comfortable owning my car versus leasing it. I guess I just needed some validation that I was making the right choice. Obviously, it's been a long time since I've bought a car. Next, Anthony took the time going over the strengths of the CR-V & Accord ... showing me everything patiently on the showroom floor first. We discussed which options the cars offered and what I wanted & needed and those that weren't necessary ...again no high pressure ... Anthony then suggested we take a trial ride in the model I would want to purchase to get an accurate feel for it & see if the car felt right for me. We started with the CR-V. That was it! I just loved it ...all the acclamations you read about it on Edmund's, Honda, etc. are true! It's quiet, tight, smooth, fun, .... Anthony let me drive it around on local streets & up on to 95 to get a good feel for it. Anthony was patient & gracious explaining all the the different buttons, lights, mirrors, warnings, etc. ... he was great. I had plenty of time to get a "good feel" for the SUV. When we got back to the dealership, I was sold on the CR-V and Anthony! We went back into the dealership, before Anthony could say anything I told him I had found "my car" and wanted it !!! Now the hard part, color choice! Anthony was a doll! We were out in the lot looking at colors for the interior & exterior for quite a while. Again, Anthony was so patient ... he wanted me to be happy with my choice. From there, Anthony began the written process for me to buy my new 2013 CR-V ... I got a very fair deal on the price of the SUV and for my trade in. If you're looking for honesty, knowledge of the product, friendliness, respect, ... you'll find it in Anthony Sacco & Honda Gallery !!! Thank you so much ~ I love my CR-V ....!!! More

I had a lot of first time questions during this process which I'm sure would have driven most sales people crazy. Brian took the time to ensure I know what my options were and helped me identify a new lease vehicle that I quite honestly didn’t know Honda had in the Accord family. I leased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I've had the vehicle for a total of 2 days and absolutely love the ride and new features. I stopped into the service area today; I've used their service for the last 3 years servicing my 1st purchase. I deal regularly with Leah Blackler who has always found ways to work around my schedule and ensure that I get in and out of the service are as quickly as possible. She's many time pulled off showing me that I’m the most important customer she has which is no small task as from the looks of it their service is very busy! During my stop in the service area today Brian came over and helped me sync my phone to the car so I can now make hands free calls. You might think this is nothing major, but to a technical rookie like me it was above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. The voice in the car told me to go to a website for help. I went to Leah, who got Brian, and I was on the road in 10 minutes. The website would have cost me time and anguish I’m sure.
