I had gone in for service on my leased 2010 Honda Accord and was approached by a woman in the sales group who asked me about my plans post lease; 6 months away. She did not pressure me to act right then, which was great. When I came back, the woman introduced me to Anthony Sacco who would guide me through the rest of the process. He took the time to lay out my options, and even saved me from having costly service done on my existing lease. After a test drive of 2013 Civic, i decided to move into the new lease. Despite some time constraints on my end, Anthony was able to move me quickly through the process and into the new car very quickly. My two strongest statements.. 1 -This is the second deal I've made at this dealer, I will be back for a 3rd sooner or later. 2 -I have my car serviced there regulary, and will continue to do so. Surprisingly, the experience I had Honda Gallery was quite the opposite, I had worked with Herve Pierre while purchasing my certified Honda CRV. He was very friendly and at any point did not pressurize me into buying the car. He allowed me to take my time while test driving the car and after that explained me the next steps if I was interested in buying the car. As I had been looking around a lot, I had a fair idea of how much I would pay for the car and Honda Gallery was able to match my price expectations. I had financed the car from my bank and Honda Gallery was absolutely OK with it. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process and after my car was delivered, Herve gave me a detailed walk through of all the features and explained how you could personalize the car.
