Surprisingly, the experience I had Honda Gallery was quite the opposite, I had worked with Herve Pierre while purchasing my certified Honda CRV. He was very friendly and at any point did not pressurize me into buying the car. He allowed me to take my time while test driving the car and after that explained me the next steps if I was interested in buying the car. As I had been looking around a lot, I had a fair idea of how much I would pay for the car and Honda Gallery was able to match my price expectations. I had financed the car from my bank and Honda Gallery was absolutely OK with it. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process and after my car was delivered, Herve gave me a detailed walk through of all the features and explained how you could personalize the car.
