I consider visiting car dealerships to be analogous to having a root canal. I do not like the 'process' of purchasing a car. Given that, I was surprised and very pleased at my experience with Herve and the people at Honda Gallery. We were treated pleasantly, the salesman took the time to understand our needs and 'wants' for a vehicle, and selected what appeared to be quality cars to check out. He was knowledgable, looked for our feedback, and did not rush us. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, the 'negotiation' was honest, open, and direct..... not a lot of BS. I will also mention that their finance guru Mike took the time to find me the type of financing that I was looking for, My only complaint is that I wish the actual negotiating time (and time spent with finance) was less. More
Robert was professional, courteous, patient and friendly. I have never leased and was skeptical about the deal. Robert explained the process clearly answering all my questions. I feel he represented not only the Honda Gallery in the best possible light but Honda as a company. Not only had I never leased but never drove a Honda. Both the Gallery and the brand should be proud to have Robert a member of their team. I strongly suggest if you are interested in a Honda, ask for Rob. Thanks Rob! More
I went to the Honda Gallery looking for a used car, specifically a used Honda Accord, when I walked through the doors I was greeted by 3 different people which made me feel very welcomed and comfortabl specifically a used Honda Accord, when I walked through the doors I was greeted by 3 different people which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. This was my first time buying a car so I wasn't sure how the experience was going to go and right off the bat I already felt comfortable. Herve, came up to me and my father and sat down with us and asked me what I was looking for and where I wanted to start instead of most sales people who will have you start looking at cars that they want you to buy to make a better commission. I told Herve that I was looking at used cars first and told him the features of a car that I was looking for such as sun roof, power windows and etc. Herve brought me right to the used cars that fit my description and explained each car one by one and took his time to let my dad and I absorb the information he was telling us and he also would want us to ask as many question as possible so we can be on the same page. After we looked at the used cars Herve asked me which ones I liked and said I can test drive any car I want. I took out the 2010 Honda Accord and while I was driving the car Herve was asking me how it felt and really made sure that I liked it and reassured me that I can test drive other cars and I don't have to pick this car just cause I am test driving this car. We asked if we can look at the 2013 Honda Civic and once we got back from the test drive Herve brought us to one and grabbed the key and walked around the car and showed us the features of the car as well as inside. Then we went for a test drive and once again Herve made sure I liked the car and made me feel comfortable while I was driving. After driving both cars I already made up my mind that I wanted the 2013 Civic but I didn't tell Herve that because I wanted to see the prices on both cars. We sat at Herve's desk and he told us the monthly payments as well as what I needed to put down on both cars and I realized I couldn't afford either car and once I told him that and told him I really wanted the Civic, he told me I can lease the car which will lower my payments and after 3 years I can lease a new car, buyout the one I have, or return the car I have. After hearing Herve's explanation about leasing I was intrigued and told Herve I would consider doing the leasing but I needed the payments to be a little lower. Herev talked to his managers and he came back and told me not only are they going to give me a $1,000 for my 2000 Nissan Altima with 212,000 miles trade in but he will also give me $500 in flex cash to put towards my new car and to top it all off my monthly payments were lowered to fit my financial needs. With all that being said I gladly accepted leasing the 2013 Honda Civic and after signing all the paperwork I asked Herve why he made sure I got this car instead of "hard bargaining" with me and his answer was simple, he said "I can really tell you loved this car and I believe that your first car should be memorable and something that YOU want." I couldn't thank Herve enough for all that he done and making buying my first car as easy and enjoyable as possible. My dad and I then sat down with King in finance and he went over all the paperwork and told us that where we leased the car on Saturday all the paperwork won't go through until Monday to determine if I need a co-signer or not. King also told me about safe lease which added $12 a month to my payments but gave me $5,000 worth of coverage for any scratches, dents, or accidents done to the car and all I have to do is bring it to the Honda Gallery and they will fix it and not cost me a thing. After all the paperwork was signed with King and Herve, I was really happy and excited that I got a brand new car and the experience was also very satisfying!! After the experience I had, especially that being my first, I will be going back to the Honda Gallery and recommending to all my family and friends to go there as well if looking for a new or used car. More

It was more than enough to get me to drop in at the dealership about an hour later, where I met Junior Rodriguez. He showed me the car, which was actually in the showroom, and showed me the many new features. I took a test drive after which we sat down to discuss price beyond the base vehicle cost. We discussed and ultimately agreed upon the value of my trade-in, and then went on to talk about the several options I wanted on my new Accord. I was NEVER pressured, and was dealt with as should a customer making this type of puchase. The car I traded was purchased new at the Gallery in 2008 when it was in North Reading and called the Honda Barn, and I had a great experience at that time as well. I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, particularly a new or used Honda, give the Gallery a visit! More

Giancarlo was able to source the exact car and specification we needed, while paying great attention to the details of what we could afford. Robert was always there to help, from walking through the details of our agreement, to helping understand the features of the car. We could not have been happier with the team and service we received. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a Honda. More

I have nothing but good things to say about the Honda Gallery. I worked with Herve Pierre-Louis. He was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the car without being pushy. My first visit I was just looking at cars and after driving two vans (Honda Odessey) I was not sure what I wanted. I told him I was going to look at Toyota also. There was never any pressure and he did not keep calling to see where I was with my search. I went back to Honda and bought a CRV. He was great to negotiate a price with and was not intimidating at all. Everyone I talked to there was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

So when it came time for my fiancee to purchase a new car I told her that we must check out the Honda Gallery just to see if the Sales team would be just as accommodating as the Service team has been to me. The previous dealership we visited was cold, stodgy, old school and basically told us to come back when we had the exact car in mind we wanted to drive. We headed to Honda Gallery after barley being able to test drive a single car at a different dealership which was a little annoying. It was almost as if we were transported to a different world. We were instantly greeted by Herve's warm smile which helped because it was freezing out. He focused on us and us only which was nice. We were able to test drive whatever we wanted and finally set our eyes on a 2010 CRV. Our plan was to head to a few more dealerships but Herve's approach was too comfortable to leave. It was as if we were a part of his family. We agreed on a price that WE dictated and that was it... the CRV was ours. I have bought and leased about 6 cars in my time and have had to haggle and dance around power struggles but there was NONE of that at Honda Gallery. This was the best care buying experience I have had EVER! More
I went to several dealerships throughout Mass and New Hampshire this past weekend. I was so impressed with Honda Gallery from the moment I walked in the door. From the moment I walked into the showroom which was exceptionally clean and very well set up. The girl at the front desk (I did not get her name) gave us a very pleasant greeting. I met with Frank McLaughlin whom was very friendly, helpful and informative. Frank took the time to explain different options and availabilty of their inventory. He set us up first with Junior Rodriguez whom showed us a couple of vehicles, and he was a great salesman also. Junior was busy with other customers so we were set up with Herve Pierre-Louis whom was also a great salesman. We spent most of the time with Herve and I can honestly tell you that Honda Gallery has a real asset in Herve. He was such a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable salesman and truly helped us every step of the way. The time Herve took to explain and teach me all the functions of the CRV that I purchased was so much appreciated. I traded in a 2004 Jeep and had no idea how to work any of the new technology in new vehicles. Herve was so patient with me and really went the exra mile to show me each step till I got it right. Based on my experience at Honda Gallery I would highly recommend anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle to go there. My boyfriend came with me to pick up my CRV and he agreed that the service and help we recieved was acceptional as he was with me at all the other dealerships I went to over the weekend. He is actually looking at CRV's now himself and thinking of trading in his pickup truck and purchasing one. I wanted to let you know that by far Honda Gallery was the best dealership we encountered over the past weekend and as I said we went to several. They also had the best selection and inventory available. I live in Lowell so its a bit of a distance but I am planning on using their service dept for any of my services in the future as I was so pleased with the dealership Im sure I will be happy with the service dept. as well. You have a great group of guys there! More
