I have only good things to say about this dealership. Apart from being the owner dealer in the area with the car I wanted (a 2013 Accord Coupe EX Manual), there was no high-pressure sales effort, and zer Apart from being the owner dealer in the area with the car I wanted (a 2013 Accord Coupe EX Manual), there was no high-pressure sales effort, and zero hype (unlike some other dealerships I visited). They even told me "it's a buyers market right now, so make us an offer - you know already what you are willing to pay for this vehicle". How many dealers take that approach? The sales agent who worked with me, Herve Pierre Louis", was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and it was a pleasure working with him. I got a great car for a great price, and have already recommended the Honda Gallery to some coworkers of mine. More
Overall, the sale started with difficulty due to being an out of state buyer and some mistrust with me and my lending institution Pentagon Federal Credit Union even though Pentagon Federal provided the neces out of state buyer and some mistrust with me and my lending institution Pentagon Federal Credit Union even though Pentagon Federal provided the necessary information that my loan was approved and it would be funded. I was initially treated with suspicion and told that I would not be treated like any other customer due to being an out of state buyer. I would have to send all checks in the mail signed and they would have to be in the Honda Gallery account before I could inspect the vehicle in person and drive it off the lot. This was problematic for me because I cannot spend 30k without actually seeing what I am buying. I don't know many who can. This would have required me to fly in and stick around for as many days necessary for my check to clear the bank. However, after speaking to Frank McLaughlin and providing him information for verification, everything went very smoothly. Casey offered to pick us up from the airport and did so making the trip to the dealership far easier than having to rent and return a vehicle from the airport. Thank you Casey. When we arrived the vehicle was as expected in great condition and ready to drive 8 hours south to Virginia with a full tank of gas. Thank you! A point of improvement, if your prices are that good you must be ready for folks from out of state to make the trip. When I look for cars like many others do I search the whole country with cars.com or Auto trader. If the car I want, model/color/mileage/price etc.. is in Boston I will weigh the cost and make the trip if it makes sense. In this case it made sense. A sound process to verify a lender and funds in the same day would be helpful in this case. Thanks, Jason Mitzel More

We went in search of a Honda Accord I had seen online and were immediately assisted by Brian (Sully) Sullivan. Being somewhat cautious of "car salesman" by a few bad past experiences I had had it was refreshing to find someone who did not try to oversell me on a vehicle I didn't need but assessed our needs and picked out a vehicle that fit both our requirements as well as our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as very courteous in all aspects of the purchase from negotiating what I felt was a fair price on the Accord as well as fair trade in offer for my Civic. I did not at anytime feel pressured and I believe that after 30 years of purchasing over a dozen vehicles this was by far the smoothest transaction I have ever made and as "painless" as it gets in regards to purchasing a new vehicle. In the past I have found purchasing vehicles to be somewhat of a chore and has been more of an event driven by necessity. Brian made it a pleasant and very informative experience for both my wife and myself and that he possessed a trait that I have not yet found when purchasing a vehicle which is honesty and integrity. I can't speak for the other sale people at the dealership as we didn't deal with them but I can say if you do go there ask for Sully, he's a great salesman as well an all around great individual. I had used their service department in the past and was always satisfied with the work performed so I thought it was worth a shot at purchasing a vehicle there and we are both glad that we made that decision as we left there very happy with the way the entire process went from the selection of the vehicle to the financing. I must also add that everyone that we met at the dealership from other sales people to the mechanics were courteous and very professional and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Honda Gallery. I originally leased a 2011 Pilot from Kelly Honda but had my Pilot Services at Honda Gallery because I found the service to be superior and also more convenient. During my last service visit I had come to realize that there was an opportunity for me to get out of my current lease and get into a newer car. The experience was so easy which has never been my experience in most car buying situations. I did not have to deal with the back in forth (good cop/bad cop, front office/back office) where as the deal and the terms of the deal change at the last moment. This was my experience at the last dealership and really was a negative experience. This was not my experience at Honda Gallery at all. I had a tremendously positive experience and walked away truly happy! I got the car I wanted with the pricing I wanted and more! In fact I can say that several times the staff and sale personnel I dealt with asked me just that, “Are you happy?” During my discussions with my sales consultant Brian Sullivan I even commented to him that I really appreciated his honestly and straightforward customer service during our process. It means a lot when you are very busy managing work and time commitments that when you are in the market for a car you can trust your sales consultant and trust they have your best interest in mind. I had wanted a specific car model that was difficult to find and their dealership did not have it in stock but Brian did not give up or try to position something else to me instead they got me exactly what I wanted. From the beginning o four process until the end everything that was committed to was fulfilled and with communication throughout. I kept wondering when the terms would change or when I met the finance person would that be the time, etc. but it never did. It just got better and I am a happy proud owner of a new Honda Pilot. I would recommend Brian Sullivan and will recommend him to my family and friends. I would also highly recommend Honda Gallery if you are in the market for a Honda. It is a beautiful dealership and has an excellent service center that in total provides quality and high level customer service. Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet the GM, Frank Mclaughlin who was also great to deal with. It was an overall total quality experience. More
Our experience with Honda Gallery was a wonderful one! Our intention was to look at the Model we had an interest in and take a test drive. Next, we planned to check out similar vehicles of other brands elsewhere. Junior Rodriguez was the sales professional we were assigned. He was polite,engaging, fun and always professional. We liked him immediately. We discussed pricing and we had no problem with their price. Junior showed us every car of that model on the lot. There were every color and type in stock. He explained all the features in detail and more in a very easy and uncomplicated way. He knew the product completely. We took a test drive and decided that this car fulfilled our expectations. Next we discussed trade in pricing. The trade in price was reasonable and we decided to look no further and purchased the car. We were expecting to be pressured to buy there right now or to have games played with the numbers. Nothing like that happened! We like the car and love Junior. He is a real asset for Honda Gallery. I just signed a lease on a beautiful new 2013 Honda Accord with Honda Gallery. Having worked over the past few years with Prime Honda in W. Roxbury, I was very impressed with the operation here in Rea Accord with Honda Gallery. Having worked over the past few years with Prime Honda in W. Roxbury, I was very impressed with the operation here in Reading and how much better it was to work with them. Daniel Benefito, one of the customer marketing reps was very forthcoming via email to instill confidence that their dealership was serious in doing what it took to meet my needs. That got me in the door. Then he set me up with one of their more experienced salesmen, Casey Tong. As soon as I walked in, one of the other salesmen greeted me immediately. Both he and the receptionist talked me up while they located Casey for me. This might sound like an unimportant thing, but I can say that this common courtesy is not something that's always standard at other dealerships. Casey treated me as a knowledgeable customer who had done his due diligence and research before stepping in the door which I appreciated. While we may have gone back and forth on some offers, this was more because I had somewhat strict needs and not because Casey was trying to haggle with me. I found him to be great at his job and easy to work with. In the end, I spoke with the General Sales Manager, Steve Kemos and he was extremely understanding of my situation, having a wife and 1-month old daughter at home, so he didn't waste my time, cut right to the chase, and offered me a deal that was more than fair. He and Casey were very good to work with if you are the type of customer that prefers people in Sales to give it to you straight. As I was driving my new car home, I really started to appreciate some of the other aspects of the dealership that I hadn't noticed because I was so focused on making a deal. Honda Gallery is only 3 years old so the Showroom is brand new and modern; a comfortable place to do business really. Plus they have a gigantic service bay which is really a selling point to me that I feel they should trumpet even louder. Having extra service and wash bays means I'll be more likely to be in and out when I need to come to the dealership for service. Overall, I really felt lucky that I found this dealership. Hopefully there isn't a lot of turnover here because they have something good going and as of now I'd feel comfortable recommending them to anyone looking for a Honda. More
