My fiancee and I walked into the Honda Gallery expecting to test drive a car/suv not to actually purchase one. So when it came time for my fiancee to purchase a new car I told her that we must check out the Honda Gallery just to see if the Sales team would be just as accommodating as the Service team has been to me. The previous dealership we visited was cold, stodgy, old school and basically told us to come back when we had the exact car in mind we wanted to drive. We headed to Honda Gallery after barley being able to test drive a single car at a different dealership which was a little annoying. It was almost as if we were transported to a different world. We were instantly greeted by Herve's warm smile which helped because it was freezing out. He focused on us and us only which was nice. We were able to test drive whatever we wanted and finally set our eyes on a 2010 CRV. Our plan was to head to a few more dealerships but Herve's approach was too comfortable to leave. It was as if we were a part of his family. We agreed on a price that WE dictated and that was it... the CRV was ours. I have bought and leased about 6 cars in my time and have had to haggle and dance around power struggles but there was NONE of that at Honda Gallery. This was the best care buying experience I have had EVER! More

I went to several dealerships throughout Mass and New Hampshire this past weekend. I was so impressed with Honda Gallery from the moment I walked in the door. From the moment I walked into the showroom which was exceptionally clean and very well set up. The girl at the front desk (I did not get her name) gave us a very pleasant greeting. I met with Frank McLaughlin whom was very friendly, helpful and informative. Frank took the time to explain different options and availabilty of their inventory. He set us up first with Junior Rodriguez whom showed us a couple of vehicles, and he was a great salesman also. Junior was busy with other customers so we were set up with Herve Pierre-Louis whom was also a great salesman. We spent most of the time with Herve and I can honestly tell you that Honda Gallery has a real asset in Herve. He was such a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable salesman and truly helped us every step of the way. The time Herve took to explain and teach me all the functions of the CRV that I purchased was so much appreciated. I traded in a 2004 Jeep and had no idea how to work any of the new technology in new vehicles. Herve was so patient with me and really went the exra mile to show me each step till I got it right. Based on my experience at Honda Gallery I would highly recommend anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle to go there. My boyfriend came with me to pick up my CRV and he agreed that the service and help we recieved was acceptional as he was with me at all the other dealerships I went to over the weekend. He is actually looking at CRV's now himself and thinking of trading in his pickup truck and purchasing one. I wanted to let you know that by far Honda Gallery was the best dealership we encountered over the past weekend and as I said we went to several. They also had the best selection and inventory available. I live in Lowell so its a bit of a distance but I am planning on using their service dept for any of my services in the future as I was so pleased with the dealership Im sure I will be happy with the service dept. as well. I have only good things to say about this dealership. Overall, the sale started with difficulty due to being an out of state buyer and some mistrust with me and my lending institution Pentagon Federal Credit Union even though Pentagon Federal provided the neces out of state buyer and some mistrust with me and my lending institution Pentagon Federal Credit Union even though Pentagon Federal provided the necessary information that my loan was approved and it would be funded. I was initially treated with suspicion and told that I would not be treated like any other customer due to being an out of state buyer. I would have to send all checks in the mail signed and they would have to be in the Honda Gallery account before I could inspect the vehicle in person and drive it off the lot. This was problematic for me because I cannot spend 30k without actually seeing what I am buying. I don't know many who can. This would have required me to fly in and stick around for as many days necessary for my check to clear the bank. However, after speaking to Frank McLaughlin and providing him information for verification, everything went very smoothly. Casey offered to pick us up from the airport and did so making the trip to the dealership far easier than having to rent and return a vehicle from the airport. Thank you Casey. When we arrived the vehicle was as expected in great condition and ready to drive 8 hours south to Virginia with a full tank of gas. Thank you! A point of improvement, if your prices are that good you must be ready for folks from out of state to make the trip. When I look for cars like many others do I search the whole country with cars.com or Auto trader. If the car I want, model/color/mileage/price etc.. is in Boston I will weigh the cost and make the trip if it makes sense. In this case it made sense. We went in search of a Honda Accord I had seen online and were immediately assisted by Brian (Sully) Sullivan. Being somewhat cautious of "car salesman" by a few bad past experiences I had had it was refreshing to find someone who did not try to oversell me on a vehicle I didn't need but assessed our needs and picked out a vehicle that fit both our requirements as well as our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as very courteous in all aspects of the purchase from negotiating what I felt was a fair price on the Accord as well as fair trade in offer for my Civic. I did not at anytime feel pressured and I believe that after 30 years of purchasing over a dozen vehicles this was by far the smoothest transaction I have ever made and as "painless" as it gets in regards to purchasing a new vehicle. In the past I have found purchasing vehicles to be somewhat of a chore and has been more of an event driven by necessity. Brian made it a pleasant and very informative experience for both my wife and myself and that he possessed a trait that I have not yet found when purchasing a vehicle which is honesty and integrity. I can't speak for the other sale people at the dealership as we didn't deal with them but I can say if you do go there ask for Sully, he's a great salesman as well an all around great individual. I had used their service department in the past and was always satisfied with the work performed so I thought it was worth a shot at purchasing a vehicle there and we are both glad that we made that decision as we left there very happy with the way the entire process went from the selection of the vehicle to the financing. I must also add that everyone that we met at the dealership from other sales people to the mechanics were courteous and very professional and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
