I have always owned Nissans in the past but the new Honda Accord sport caught my eye so I went in for a look. Both Giancarlo and Rob were incredible. King took the time to explain our options for such things as extended theft coverage and warranties and was very respectful when we declined those opportunities. King also took the extra step to get us an even better rate on the financed portion of our deal. When I made my decision on the model I wanted we came to an agreement on the price which I thought was really a great price. I got no pressure from him. When I went to pick up the car, there was no waiting, the remote was installed and the rubber mats were in place. He explained the operation of the features in the car and how they worked. He even installed my phone to the Bluetooth! It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone. More

After our test drive, we sat down and discussed options, we were between two models, so we wanted to take a bit of time to discuss. Junior said no problem, that he would be there until closing. We went home for about a 1/2 hour, we live close by, and came back with our daughter so she could weigh in on the decision. Once we made our decision, the finance manager processed the paperwork in no time, and we picked up the car the next day. Great experience! More

It is often hard to find a good dealership because I never have the hometown connection which civilians have, but I would like to say that Casey Tong and Honda Gallery exceeded my high expectations. This was, by far, my best car buying experience to date. Casey was friendly, but to the point. He was knowledgable, didn't haggle a whole lot and laid everything out on the table up front. Just the way I like it because I go in prepared after having done due research and I don't want the guy who drags things out and doesn't give me credit in the fact that I am knowledgeable in car buying. I can't imagine a more pleasant car buying experience. Honda Gallery has won my loyalty because of Casey Tong. Now the test is for them to keep it through future services I will have performed in thier shop. More
