After our test drive, we sat down and discussed options, we were between two models, so we wanted to take a bit of time to discuss. Junior said no problem, that he would be there until closing. We went home for about a 1/2 hour, we live close by, and came back with our daughter so she could weigh in on the decision. Once we made our decision, the finance manager processed the paperwork in no time, and we picked up the car the next day. Great experience! More

Being in the military, I've had the opportunity to experience good dealerships and bad dealerships while living in seven states. It is often hard to find a good dealership because I never have the hometown connection which civilians have, but I would like to say that Casey Tong and Honda Gallery exceeded my high expectations. This was, by far, my best car buying experience to date. Casey was friendly, but to the point. He was knowledgable, didn't haggle a whole lot and laid everything out on the table up front. Just the way I like it because I go in prepared after having done due research and I don't want the guy who drags things out and doesn't give me credit in the fact that I am knowledgeable in car buying. I can't imagine a more pleasant car buying experience. Honda Gallery has won my loyalty because of Casey Tong. Now the test is for them to keep it through future services I will have performed in thier shop. More

Brian "Sully" was awesome. Very informative and helpful, knew what he was talking about. During the test drive he showed me how to use the options in the car which was very helpful considering my o helpful, knew what he was talking about. We had been searching around for a used SUV and had been to several dealerships over the course of a few weeks, without any luck. Most of the dealerships we went to made us feel pressure to purchase the fi to several dealerships over the course of a few weeks, without any luck. Most of the dealerships we went to made us feel pressure to purchase the first car we saw or leave them a deposit when we told them we needed time to think. Honda Gallery is actually pretty far from where we live but we were going to be in the area visiting family and decided to check out some used cars we saw on their website. We were greeted by Casey who was able to quickly show us exactly what we wanted to see. We didn't feel any pressure from him and he made us feel comfortable while we looked at several cars, took a test drive and took a few minutes to ourselves to discuss the cars we had seen. When we decided to purchase a car there Casey again set us at ease and made the negotiation, purchase and paperwork process really easy. He even went through the trouble of having the car we purchased delivered to my work (which is about 45 minutes from the dealership) on Monday after he was able to get the registration taken care of! Casey was excellent and our experience at Honda Gallery was great overall. We definitely recommend them! More

I wish the scoring went up to "ten"....They deserve it. King Perry and Michelle Canan in Parts were also a pleasure to work with.
