After numerous unpleasant visits to other local Honda dealerships, I'm glad I finally found what I was looking for at the Honda Gallery. I’d been searching for a CRV for over a month prior to visiting t dealerships, I'm glad I finally found what I was looking for at the Honda Gallery. I’d been searching for a CRV for over a month prior to visiting the Honda Gallery and I had had it. I’d been a victim of the old bait-and-switch tactic at one place, treated poorly at another and worked with one salesman who could barely form a properly written English sentence at yet another. Then I met Herve. He was very friendly, relaxed and genuine. I knew which vehicle I wanted to see when I visited so he brought it around and we took it for a test drive. He did not pressure me or bore me with personal stories like other salesman. He let me drive it how I wanted to and answered any questions I had. The negation process was pretty painless. He and one of the managers (Steve) offered me a fair trade-in allowance, and a fair price for the CRV. No major haggling needed. They offered to replace the seat cover which was stained, and did so after the sale. I can be a pretty high-stress person but Herve and Steve were so relaxed that it enabled me to relax a bit as well…even with my preschool-aged daughter in tow. King, the gentleman responsible for finalizing the paperwork was also calm in nature. We laughed and joked while he thoroughly went over the P&S and warranty options. He’s been doing this work for many years, as is evident in the fact that it went so smoothly. I have and will continue to refer friends, family members, and colleagues to Herve at The Honda Gallery. This was our second lease experience at the Honda Gallery in three years. The first one was good, but our experience this time was exceptional. Our salesman, Herve Pierre-Louis, is exactly the opposite of in three years. The first one was good, but our experience this time was exceptional. Our salesman, Herve Pierre-Louis, is exactly the opposite of what you would expect in a cars salesman. He was kind, PATIENT (we had two kids in tow), professional, and informative. We never once felt pressured or rushed. He answered every one of our questions with ease and assurance. Once the deal was settled and we went to pick the car up, I couldn't believe again how patient he was with us! He made sure we knew how to find and operate all of the car's features. He sat in the car with us for at about 25 min. helping to set up the blue tooth features and even programming my contacts of choice to speed dial, all as two kids in the back were yelling over us and hopping in and out of the car. Herve truly made this a stress-free and enjoyable experience! More

I am rating Gallery Honda #1 in my book!!! I brought in my partners car for a oil change. Ben Collins in the service dept took me right in. Surprise # 1. I have been looking for a used car but gave up bec my partners car for a oil change. Ben Collins in the service dept took me right in. Surprise # 1. I have been looking for a used car but gave up because of pushy sales people. I deiced to take a look. With my guard up and a little on the defence side, I met Anthony Sacco Client Specialist. Instantly I let down my guard. Anthony was pleasant and never pushy he answered all my questions plus some. Surprise # 2 I then met Carlo Giovannucci sales MGR again pleasant and not pushy. We went into Honda Gallery to test drive a vehicle we were interested in to comparison shop between brands. Casey enthusiastically brought us for a test drive and demonstrated many of the features of th were interested in to comparison shop between brands. Since we were still researching, Casey put no pressure on us to make a deal, and just asked us to return if we decided to go the Honda route. We returned the next day to do another test drive (albeit longer, after testing vehicles of other brands that day) and decided that the Honda was the best fit for us. Casey then sat down with us and presented us with reasonable numbers for the vehicle. It was very laid-back and respectful in comparison to other approaches we received in previous dealings elsewhere. In the end we purchase the vehicle from Casey and will definitely recommend him without reservation. More
