I am rating Gallery Honda #1 in my book!!! I brought in my partners car for a oil change. Ben Collins in the service dept took me right in. Surprise # 1. I have been looking for a used car but gave up because of pushy sales people. I deiced to take a look. With my guard up and a little on the defence side, I met Anthony Sacco Client Specialist. Instantly I let down my guard. Anthony was pleasant and never pushy he answered all my questions plus some. Surprise # 2 I then met Carlo Giovannucci sales MGR again pleasant and not pushy. Surprise #3 I am very happy to say I bought a CRV!!!!! I will continue to bring my car there for service when needed. I feel a bond of Friendship and Trust!!!!! Thank's Guy's Sincerely Brenda L. Very accomodating and extremely friendly...knew his stuff. Comfort and honesty goes along way! Jeff took the financial end and ran with it in a pleasant, timely manner and gave us the little extra to make us even happier! Even my 16 yr old daughter, who was the reason we were purchasing a car, was commenting on how great they were. If we could give more than a 5 rating, we would! Thank you Brian and Jeff More
We went into Honda Gallery to test drive a vehicle we were interested in to comparison shop between brands. Casey enthusiastically brought us for a test drive and demonstrated many of the features of th were interested in to comparison shop between brands. Since we were still researching, Casey put no pressure on us to make a deal, and just asked us to return if we decided to go the Honda route. We returned the next day to do another test drive (albeit longer, after testing vehicles of other brands that day) and decided that the Honda was the best fit for us. Casey then sat down with us and presented us with reasonable numbers for the vehicle. It was very laid-back and respectful in comparison to other approaches we received in previous dealings elsewhere. In the end we purchase the vehicle from Casey and will definitely recommend him without reservation. More

I purchased my used Honda at Honda Gallery in 2011 before going on a one-year military assignment. Negotiation wasn't that difficult, but I admit that even after telling everyone at the dealership that I wo going on a one-year military assignment. Negotiation wasn't that difficult, but I admit that even after telling everyone at the dealership that I would be out of the area for a year, I constantly got phone calls and emails asking me to come in for service, to consider selling my car back, etc. When I did finally get back to Massachusetts this year, I emailed to request a quote for routine service (oil change, transmission flush, tire rotation, and brake flush). I connected with the online chat representative on the dealership's website, and left this detailed message asking for the quote BY EMAIL. A week later, I'd not had any response. So, I tried again. Sent both a regular email through the website and also connected again with the online chat rep. The online chat system (both times) seemed flawed, since it connected me with two different agents, both of whose on-screen names did not match what they told me their names were. In any case, I explained that I'd not had any response to my earlier inquiry. The agent apologized and said she would get my message directly to the service manager and have him reply to me immediately. I waited another 10 days- still no response. So, I tried a third time. This time I asked the online representative for the name and email address of the general manager. She happily obliged, and I emailed him to explain my situation, and that I had not had any reply by email as I'd asked several times. His response was almost immediate, although he did so by phone and had his service manager also call and leave a message. Again I emailed the manager back to explain that I need to communicate BY EMAIL, since I don't make personal calls during the day. I again asked for a service quote by email, and I received no response whatsoever. I suggested to the general manager that he might want to look into the efficiency of his organization's email communication procedures, since I expect it might be resulting in lost (and frustrated) customers. I got no response again, so a few days ago I emailed the general manager for my final time to tell him that I now understand that his company apparently does not prefer to respond to customer emails with any reliability, and that I now feel little choice but to look for another service location. I think it's a shame, and I feel ignored and unvalued as a potential ongoing customer. If you're looking to do business at Honda Gallery, I strongly suggest you don't expect much at all by email or online inquiries. It just doesn't seem to work, and the management just doesn't seem very interested in fixing it. More

This is the most positive and fantastic car buying experience that either my husband or I have ever had. We did a lot of research online and then compared prices at four dealerships, beginning and ending at Honda Gallery. During our first visit here we went out to the lot and just started looking at different models. It was a really sunny but cold day, and Junior Rodriguez came out and asked if we needed some help. We told him that we were just browsing but would come in afterward. We finally did go inside, and began our "relationship" with Junior by asking if we could come in the following week to test drive a few different models. We did so, and were able to narrow our search to the Accord. We also met with Steve, the manager, and told both him and Junior that it was very important to us that we not feel pressured or pushed into a sale. They completely respected this. Junior was in touch by e-mail, but wasn't pushy. Over the course of the next few weeks we went to three other dealers, and some were into pressuring us, and some seemed rather nonchalant until it got closer to the end of the month (and year). We thought we had the exact car that we wanted, and Junior actually found one and got it to the Honda Gallery. In the meantime we changed our minds once again, and Junior never missed a beat-he was completely professional and found us the one that we really wanted and then got that one for us. He was unbelievable and we will be eternally grateful for the respect and service that we received from him and from everyone at the dealership as a whole. Junior is a gem, and Honda Gallery should be extremely proud to have an employee like him. More
