This is my family's fourth time buying a Honda, and the 3rd time doing so with this dealership (previously called the Honda Barn). The experience this time, as it has always been, was all positive. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Casey Tong at the Honda Gallery in Reading. The whole transaction went very smooth. We coul speak plainly and he listened to my concerns, then addressed all of my issues and delivered on his promises. The price we agreed on I felt was fair, and I have no regrets making the purchase. I'm not a big fan of any dealerships in general, and typically prefer purchasing vehicles privately. However, the Honda Gallery in Reading may be an exception to the rule and the stereotypical dealership - they seem to have a genuine interest in high customer satisfaction as a way of doing business - they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. I had previously leased a Honda from this dealership, although I can walk to a different Honda dealer (the Honda Gallery's competition). The general manager of the Honda Gallery reached out to me as my lease was coming to an end with an invitation to come and meet with him in person to discuss my lease-end options. He did indeed meet with me and then turned me over to Junior Rodriguez. Within 30 minutes, I had taken test drives of the two cars I was interested in and decided to lease a Honda Civic. The price negotiation lasted all of 15 minutes and I walked away very satisfied with the deal and the dealership, especially Junior. This was actually a very refreshing experience. Junior was pleasant but not overbearing, knew the pros and cons of the two vehicles I expressed interest in and was willing to take all kinds of time while I deliberated. We shared a few war stories back and forth....a very pleasant time was had by all! I made a small change to the deal after I had signed on the dotted line; I emailed Junior on his day off and he replied right away that he would take care of the change (which he did). Junior is a delightful young man, a consummate professional and Honda should nurture him all they can. I was also impressed by the handwritten thank you note a few days later. So impressed, in fact, that we hope to buy our next car from him, too! More

I was looking for 2013 Accord. Honda Gallery quoted a reasonable price upfront. They did not do any sales gimmicks. When I told them about another price quote I had, they right away lowered the price to reasonable price upfront. They did not do any sales gimmicks. There was no pressure to finalize the deal as soon as possible. My wife and I took our time in deciding about the trim and color of car. The offer for my trade-in was reasonable and they increased it to match my expected value. Overall we had very pleasant experience and would recommend this dealership to our friends and relatives.
