From the moment I entered the showroom door I was greeted very courteously, and was assigned to Junior Rodriguez. He was also considerate enough to realize that we were shopping for a while and as dinner time approached he offered and followed through on pizza for my family, especially my two young boys. Even after the sale, he has been thorough in answering my questions regarding the installation of a DVD player along with hard wired power for my son's XBOX 360 for long road trips. This makes a considerable difference as I have many options in the area to make a vehicle purchase, but I would only recommend Rob as I now consider him a friend. Jim Abbott More

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I've been known to go out of my way to a dealership if the customer service is good, and I would definitely recommend Dana Dellacroce and Honda Gallery. 5/22/2012 Honda Gallery initially replaced a Pressure 5/22/2012 Honda Gallery initially replaced a Pressure Sensor in our 2002 Honda Accord as it was identified as problematic by the diag system. Afte 5/22/2012 Honda Gallery initially replaced a Pressure Sensor in our 2002 Honda Accord as it was identified as problematic by the diag system. After this part was replaced, the check engine light came back on the very next morning. Brought vehicle back to Honda Gallery to investigate what was going on and they stated that the diagnostics code was now reporting that the gas canister / valve needed to be replaced. After confirming to them that a mechanic at a different shop had already replaced these exact part and almost every other part in the evap system two months earlier to try to resolve the same check engine problem, they took a closer look at the part and after performing a smoke test, determined the new (replacement) part was defective. They were able to look up the defective genuine Honda part sale in their system and were able to replace it under warranty. While I am skeptical that the first part they identified was actually a problem, there is no way to know this for sure since the vehicle 'thought' it was a problem at that time. I am very happy with the fact that Honda Gallery stood behind getting this problem resolved and ensuring that at least we did not have to pay even more money for the gas canister / valve to be replaced again in a two month period. A++ service from Leah in the Service Department. Leah turned a potentially bad service experience in to an excellent one. Brought Honda 2002 Accord to Honda Gallery of Reading to resolve recurring problem resulting in Check Engine light. Previously spent in excess of $500 with another mechanic to replace gas canister / valve and a ton of misc. parts in the evap system, but after 2 months and a dozen visits later to a different auto repair shop, the check engine light kept coming on and the mechanic had no idea what was wrong and suggested that I bring the vehicle to a dealer to have it checked out. Honda Gallery was able to make an appointment to examine the car first thing on a Saturday and based on the diagnostics code the car was reporting, believed that a sensor needed to be replaced. The repair was done that day and $270 later we were sent on our way with a nice Dunkin Donuts gift card for arriving early on a Saturday, a discount card for future service work, a car wash, and a well designed report of various other problems with the vehicle that should be addressed. Unfortunately, after replacing this sensor, the check engine light came right back on the very next morning. Contacted Honda Gallery and made appt. to bring car back on Monday evening and person in the service department (not Leah) said that the car could be checked out that evening as long as we could get it there by 5:30P. When we arrived with the car, we were told that we had to drop off the car since they did not have time to check out the code that evening and the system to look up the codes was down. Although not part of their service, they arranged for a rental car to be provided so that they could keep the car for another day to investigate what was going on. Leah contacted us multiple times throughout the day to provide an update of what they had found. In the end, they determined that the genuine Honda part which was used in the original repair by a different mechanic was actually defective and needed to be replaced. Originally they asked us to pay for this repair, but when we explained that our mechanic bought this exact part from their Parts Department 2 months earlier to perform the original repair, they went out of their way to look up the transaction, confirm we were telling the truth, and not only did they provide the replacement part, but they installed it instead of forcing us to be inconvenienced by going back to the original shop to perform the replacement. While there is no way of knowing whether the $270 part needed to be replaced in the first place and I am skeptical that it did (even though the computer 'thought' it did, I feel Honda Gallery righted any possibility that this part did not need to be replaced by how they handled the follow up appointment. It has now been 5 months since the repair and thankfully the dreaded check engine light has not returned. We will definitely visit Honda Gallery again for service for our Honda's after this experience with Leah since she ensured that our problem was taken care of appropriately. More

I am not your typical car buyer, by the time I spoke with Honda Gallery, I had already determined the price I was going to pay for the new 2013 Accord and had researched what my trade was worth and what other dealers would offer for it. Honda Gallery made the rest of the process painless and did not waste my time with sales games during any part of the process. I decided to buy the vehicle from them even though another dealer offering the same deal had the car on the lot for me while Honda Gallery had to swap the vehicle from another dealer. Every single person I dealt with at Honda Gallery was spectacular, including the General Manager, Frank. Junior (my sales person) and Rob (his associate who also helped out) were great to deal with. I highly recommend Honda Gallery. While I cannot comment on what the experience would have been like if I had walked in to the dealership having not done extensive research, I can tell you that having already decided the price I was going to pay for the vehicle and what my trade was worth, they were wonderful to do business with and I will definitely consider them first for my next Honda purchase. He did not try to give us more than we wanted, but did spend time to show us the price and performance tradeoffs around what we were looking for. With the help of his team (Sales Manager, Business manager and finance), I drove away in a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6! They all worked extremely hard to get me a beyond fair (higher than expected) trade-in amount for my car and made the process feel so easy. The whole process took about 2 hours and Bobby made sure to keep me in the loop as we went through everything. It is evident to me that customer service is a TOP priority for Honda Gallery, I truly felt spoiled. For future car purchases, I will definitely be going to Honda Gallery and asking for Beth. Anthony was the one helping me and he made it known right away that he was the rookie. Okay, no problem. The selection of pre-owned Accords was terrible (compared to the other dealerships I visited). It is a Honda dealership with like 3 used accords in stock? Whatever, moving on. The price points on the stickers were very high. I ran into the problem of trying to work the price on 2 cars to see what the better deal for the money might be. I guess they can't do that because of the way the "system" is set up. I took an eternity to enter the information in the computer. We talked price and I told the salesman where I wanted to be. Nothing unreasonable, just wanted to be in a specific price range regardless of what money I could have spent. The funny thing is that a good salesman or sales manager could have possibly convinced me to drive out with a new 2013 Accord paying cash. The money was way off. I guess I had "idiot" written on my chest because I would not pay what they were asking with someone else's money. I visited Honda Cars of Boston and was close to buying a car there. I ended up at Kelly Honda and they closed the deal. Kelly Honda took what I said for my goal and top spending and made it work. I would say that the trade evaluation at Gallery was okay. I thought that the money for my trade was reasonable for a dealer. The selection, as mentioned, was poor. I know that the dealer would say that right now the selection is low because of availability, but that is garbage. The one thing I would truly complain about is the way the managers and upper staff work there. They sit in an office and the salesman goes back and forth. Derek at Kelly Honda did the right thing. He used his legs, came out of the office, and said to me where can I be to get the deal done. We haggled for a second or 2, and done. Mad respect for him and treating me like a person and not a number. Maybe Gallery can get him to teach a class there for them. Lastly, every other dealer I visited contacted me regarding the sale. I was paying cash and had 2 days to get this done. I can bring the horse to the trough but I can't make him drink. Such an easy sale lost because prices are too high, managers are inept, inventory is lousy, and sales people are inexperienced. I would recommend Honda Cars of Boston and Kelly Honda but not Gallery Honda. More
