I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord V6. This was my second new car purchase from Honda Gallery. The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and not overly pushy, yet they did keep in touch when the vehicle I w new car purchase from Honda Gallery. I am extremely satisfied with my visit to Honda. I went to The Honda Gallery JUST to browse. The client specialist that helped me was Nicholas Haley. He's an extremely kind, and funny guy. He was extremely helpful and informative, and made the whole process very manageable. He really took into account my finances, and what not, and got be a better deal than I could have imagined. I'd buy 15 more cars from Honda, especially from Nicholas Haley. Just bought a certified Honda Pilot from this dealership. I think everyone can relate to the fact that car shopping in general is not always a pleasant experience. I did my homework before deciding on this car and know that both the price I paid and my trade-in allowance were exceptionally fair. Just as important was the great service I received from my salesman, Casey Tong. He was a real gentleman with no high-pressure sales tactics which greatly helped seal the deal for me. And the great service didn't end once I signed the sales agreement. Casey spent alot of time with me the day I picked up my car to help me set-up my bluetooth and navigation system and was very responsive to get a couple of minor issues corrected. I would definitely consider buying another car from Casey and the Honda Gallery in the future and can strongly recommend them to anyone who is car shopping now. BTW - I traded my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE - 72,000 miles - she was my baby and I took great care of her - she's on the lot now and needs a good home! Only reason why I traded her in was to upgrade to a newer car - check the carfax! More
