I did my homework before deciding on this car and know that both the price I paid and my trade-in allowance were exceptionally fair. Just as important was the great service I received from my salesman, Casey Tong. He was a real gentleman with no high-pressure sales tactics which greatly helped seal the deal for me. And the great service didn't end once I signed the sales agreement. Casey spent alot of time with me the day I picked up my car to help me set-up my bluetooth and navigation system and was very responsive to get a couple of minor issues corrected. I would definitely consider buying another car from Casey and the Honda Gallery in the future and can strongly recommend them to anyone who is car shopping now. BTW - I traded my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE - 72,000 miles - she was my baby and I took great care of her - she's on the lot now and needs a good home! Only reason why I traded her in was to upgrade to a newer car - check the carfax! More

We enjoyed a fine buying experience at Honda Gallery. Casey was informative about the particular car we were looking at, patiently repeated things when we didn't understand the firt time. He took care of two issues that needed attention on the car before we made the purchase. I gladly brought him his favorite DD iced coffee the day we picked the Accord up! One small detail was that after we made the decision to purchase the car, Casey did not seem quite as relaxed with us for followup discussions. We felt as though he was in a hurry to get on to the next customer, which he likely was! We had one surprise when Casey only had one key for the vehicle. Apparently that is what the previous owner turned in, and that is all that we got with the car. Having a second one made will cost us $93. And just one word about Walter Sazo, service manager. Before we left with our certified used car, we had a few questions for followup service and maintenance. Walter was right there and answered everything to our satisfaction. Thank you Honda Gallery!
