We enjoyed a fine buying experience at Honda Gallery. Casey was informative about the particular car we were looking at, patiently repeated things when we didn't understand the firt time. He took care of two issues that needed attention on the car before we made the purchase. I gladly brought him his favorite DD iced coffee the day we picked the Accord up! One small detail was that after we made the decision to purchase the car, Casey did not seem quite as relaxed with us for followup discussions. We felt as though he was in a hurry to get on to the next customer, which he likely was! We had one surprise when Casey only had one key for the vehicle. Apparently that is what the previous owner turned in, and that is all that we got with the car. Having a second one made will cost us $93. And just one word about Walter Sazo, service manager. Before we left with our certified used car, we had a few questions for followup service and maintenance. Walter was right there and answered everything to our satisfaction. Thank you Honda Gallery! He had a huge smile and asked us what he could help us with. We told him what we wanted and that we had to trade in not one but two cars. He said no problem we will make this work for you. He was eager to help us get the car that we wanted at the price that we could afford. He listened to our concerns and set our minds at ease and explained everything to us in detail. He worked very hard to make us happy. Between Sully, Steve Kemos and King Perry they all worked extremely hard to get us in the price range that we needed. I want to thank these 3 men for making our experience at Honda Gallery a very pleasant one. If you decide to buy a Honda I highly recommend Honda Gallery in Reading and definitely ask for Sully. On 8/25/12 to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle, it's in my town, very clean and had good ratings. Unfortunately we could not get the numbers to work, acceptable, business is business. When it was time for my family to leave my car key was missing. Yes, I was a victim of the missing key. They claim another car of the same make was being traded-in at the same time as our car's evaluation and they gave our key to that customer and he drove home. What are the chances that this customer did not realize that this was not his key chain or he now had two keys or our key was the perfect match for his car? 25 minutes later my key was returned from the back of the dealership, no customer arrived with the key. The sad part of this is if I do purchase a Honda vehicle I would not feel comfortable bring the car there for service. I know these dealerships are independently owned but I hope Honda puts the brakes on this kind of activities. More
