He was able to offer us the CR-V EX L with options at a great price. When Junior delivered the CR-V to us, he expertly reviewed all the features and even offered to sync our iphones to Bluetooth. It was a great experience from the moment we entered the showroom. Carlo met us with his dynamic personality and put my daughter with Bobby Chin and me with Nick Haley. For me, Nick was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I wanted to lease a 2012 Honda, so he ran some numbers with Carlo, and we figured on an Accord. I was trading in my Jeep Liberty. Unfortunately, I just went through a short sale for my house (in Maine) but it was showing as a foreclosure on my credit. It was a long process with financing, but Frank and the finance department never gave up. The whole crew was pulling for me. When we thought it wouldn't go through, Carlo never gave up. Nick felt so bad for me, and I do believe it wasn't just because he was losing a sale. King Perry was helpful and kind. The whole place seemed lie family with each other, and they project that feeling towards their customers. Finally, after a long day a Honda, I drove away with my 2012 white Honda Accord! Car salesmen have a stereotypical bad rap sometimes. I have even had that experience where the salesman was nice a pie to me during the sale, but after, they acted like they didn't know me. Not so with Honda Gallery. I have received a personal note from Nick already. I had to go back to get some CDs I left in my Jeep that Nick got for me right before it went to auction. He met me with a hug. I would highly recommend heading to Honda Gallery if anyone wants an excellent and positive car buying or leasing experience. More

I was waiting with my mom and admiring a new Honda in the showroom and Carlo offered to run some numbers for me to see if I could lower my monthly payment while getting a new car. I was surprised when he came back and said I could lease this new Accord with lower monthly payments. He then referred me to sales associate Bobby Chin. Bobby was very helpful and knowledgeable with familiarizing me with the different parts of the car. I had some questions because I had already owned a Honda Accord and he knew all of the answers. He took his time explaining everything to me. My mom and I were there for awhile and by the time we left we felt like we had known these guys forever.
