I had leased a CR-V from the Honda Gallery back in July, 2009. My lease was up this year so I went back there, my sales person Herve Pierre Louis was very friendly & helpful. I purchased a new Honda Accord and was very unfortunate with it as it consumed oil and had other engine ralated issues. However at no time did the dealership or its senior management let me down. Since t with it as it consumed oil and had other engine ralated issues. However at no time did the dealership or its senior management let me down. Since taking delivery in Late June of 2010 I had to constantly return to the Dealer for the high oil consumption. Everytime the Dealership made every attempt to correct the issue and contacted the "Honda representative on the issue. During this period I left for winter vacations in Florida and put the car up for winter however when I returned the same problem surfaced and this latest time a plug fouled out and lot of carbon build up was on the tailpipe as well as the check engine light came on. The Dealership immediately contacted Honda and as a result I am getting a new engine installed as well as receiving an Honda Care Extended Warranty at no Charge.Believe me this is not the reason for writting this review--Its because of the Honest and Professional manner in which my case was handled In conclusion I can say without a doubt yhat this dealership went above and beyond and at no time did I feel they were blowing smoke at me. The entire Team are extremely professional and its something other dealers could learn from. I know of other people who experienced issues with their new cars but the dealer kept stalling them until the warranty ran out --then said sorry but there it nothing we can do. The Honda Gallery and its Team of professionals are a credit to the auto dealershipsin the Boston Area. I highly recommend this DealerShip to anyone looking for service or the purchase of a new or used car. More

My sales rep, Herve Pierre Louis was fantastic. It was obvious that his goal was total customer satisfaction in every area from start to finish. He didn't stop once I was in possession of my car. He has made periodic follow up communications with me to offer his continued support and availability for any questions or concerns I may have.
