Well I have been waiting for you to return my call since 12/24, failing to respond to Facebook messages and now this on January 7th. Again as I said previously this is disgraceful. I have asked you three times to review the video tapes to show exactly how poor the service was. Then to tell me that I need $400 worth of work when the paperwork was handed to me and it states I declined it. If I declined it I would have had to have known about it. Then I receive an email saying I need a front end alignment to which was never noted on my paperwork. Again the paperwork that was not reviewed with me was handed to me and was marked by Danny and another associate in your waiting room
