He couldn't have been more accommodating to my needs and did everything to make this a very easy transaction. Even before the test drive, he took the time to explain many of the car's physical features. When I picked the car up, he took more time than I ever expected to all the car's features. He helped me sync my phone so I was able to make and receive calls and set up the navigation. I'm not very tech savvy so I really appreciated all the time he spent doing that. After each feature he gave me the opportunity to ask questions so I was comfortable with each feature. I may not remember 100% of everything he told me but he stressed the fact that I could reach out to him if I had any problems or questions. One other important thing I liked about making this purchase was there was never any high pressure to buy. Based on all the information I was given I was allowed to make my choice without feeling forced. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car at Prime Honda and refer friends and family to check them out.
