Won’t return calls or refund my money Purchased a Honda Pilot in January 2018, traded it May 3rd 2019 for a Kia Telluride. Went to the Honda dealership with documents in hand on 5/6 to ask Purchased a Honda Pilot in January 2018, traded it May 3rd 2019 for a Kia Telluride. Went to the Honda dealership with documents in hand on 5/6 to ask for a refund of the extended warranty I had purchased. I was told it would take a few weeks. May 30th I called to follow up and was told I would need to speak with Brad Hurd. Called again 5/31. Called again 6/1. See where I'm going here? 6/5 and still no phone call from "Brad Hurd". Do not shop at this dealership. I did stop by again on 6/3 and a rep entered my cancellation into the computer. We'll see if I get a refund in two weeks or else I'm filing complaints with everyone that I can about Honda Prime holding my money hostage. 6/5 Jeremy Kelley said he would look into this and call me. 6/6 Neither Jeremy Kelley or Brad Hurd have called me.
