I can always count on her for getting me an appointment when needed and she always follows-up with her customers. She makes it a pleasant experience to be at Honda while waiting for my car. I love the Honda Gallery in Reading and I have had my car for eighteen years bought and serviced at Honda and no other place. It is now time for me to get a newer Honda so hopefully I'll get one in Reading and continue with the staff going forward.
