Most mechanics can fix a car, but do you want to deal with the aggravation and pressure that can surround most visits. From beginning to end, each person was polite and well mannered. I would deal with Christine all day long. Pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. I was informed, reassured and totally pleased when I left. It was a pleasure to meet Dave and Ralph as well Brianna. You have my attention now. I will be referring more people to Christine for service, and Honda Gallery for autos. Nice job! More

Christine Gallella went above and beyond to help me get the services I needed. Oil change, tire rotation, regular maintenance, and (first time) 5-star detail service all in the same visit. The detailing staff did an amazing job, my car looks brand new! The staff was extremely professional and friendly - from the check-in, consultation with Christine, the shuttle driver, service calls to let me know my car was ready, through check-out. I highly recommend the staff and service at Honda Gallery. More

Chuck Shaw was excellent!!!! ,his knowledge of my problem I came in with a radio display ,that was not to my liking ,some how i obtained it buy trying to make an adjustment. Nor could my own dealership help m I came in with a radio display ,that was not to my liking ,some how i obtained it buy trying to make an adjustment. Nor could my own dealership help me,and honda usa(in back of owner man.,via phone).so i went to honda gallery.meet chuck Shaw.bingo bango,he fixed my radio display ,and also bluetoothed my Android phone.very nice people at honda gallery,.will be back for service.!!!!!!!
