Not enormous like the Boch Honda down in Norwood where I bought my car and you feel like 1 out of hundreds of people they see daily. It’s very professional, organized and clean. The only complaint was the tv blaring. Most people were on their cells or laptops so there really wasn’t a need to have the sound on. I did ask them to turn down and the receptionist did. I liked their system. I pulled the car into the receiving area and the attendant came over right away, asked me what was wrong, checked the car over and brought it around to the service area. I went inside and they took down the info right away and told me I’d be done in a couple of hours. They were able to fix the problem and I was very happy. If I could give Chuck Shaw 10 stars I would. He was friendly, professional and very personable. He listened to me and explained everything in detail. Couldn’t have been a better experience. More

Service issue I called the dealership around 12:15 in the afternoon as all of my indicator lights lit up like a Christmas tree out of nowhere. I spoke with a very nice girl, I think her name was Kenzie, who told me she had an opening at 1 but if I was early or late that it was no worries. I got there at about 1:15 and as promised took me right in. I was directed to Chuck, a service advisor. He asked me what was going on with the vehicle and told me what to expect. He asked me if I wanted to wait and I said no problem. Took a bit longer than expected but he came over and checked on me several times letting me k ow what they were doing. After about 2 hours or so, he explained what went wrong and that it was all warranties and on my way I went More
