I spoke with a very nice girl, I think her name was Kenzie, who told me she had an opening at 1 but if I was early or late that it was no worries. I got there at about 1:15 and as promised took me right in. I was directed to Chuck, a service advisor. He asked me what was going on with the vehicle and told me what to expect. He asked me if I wanted to wait and I said no problem. Took a bit longer than expected but he came over and checked on me several times letting me k ow what they were doing. After about 2 hours or so, he explained what went wrong and that it was all warranties and on my way I went More

And if there happens to be a scheduling issue, people like Chuck Shaw or Vinny make it work so that you feel compensated and treated fairly. It's rare to find such incredible customer service these days, hence, I'm thrilled I found Honda Gallery in Reading to service my Honda. The Highest Recommendation I Can Give I leased a new CRV 2018 from the Honda Gallery. Carlo, the Pre-Owned Director, gave me a good price on the Element that I was trading in. What I was I leased a new CRV 2018 from the Honda Gallery. Carlo, the Pre-Owned Director, gave me a good price on the Element that I was trading in. What I was most impressed with was that at the time I came in the dealership, they were very busy. Carlo asked if I could wait for a few minutes, and then when he came over he treated me as if I were the only customer around. Obviously, this meant a lot as evidenced by the fact that the next day I leased a new car. My experience with other dealerships was very different. I was familiar with the service department because I had my Element serviced there for several years. Hands down, the best service department I have ever gone to. Not only are the technicians superior, but everyone in the service department are wonderful and generous people-what a pleasure! Thank you Ed, Nicole and Monica. The sales people that I worked with (Matt and Herve Pierre) were fantastic! Everything went so smoothly.
