Herve was very knowledgeable and easy going during the entire process. My only complaint is the length of time spent in the dealership trying to finalize the remaining paperwork. While I understand the sales aspect and the negotiation timeline can be extensive and vary, once the deal was agreed upon, it should not take over an hour to sign paperwork and get financing underway. This part was very frustrating and overall the dealership can do a better job speeding up the process, especially since the hard part was over. You sold the car. More

He was immediately a friendly face and took us over to talk. We showed him the car we wanted to look at and he got us outside. Test drive went great and we decided to run numbers. Not only did Herve give it to us straight, he then brought over Carlo to seal the deal. Carlo worked with us and got us exactly where we wanted to be. We went in to do the finance paperwork with eduardo and there were no surprises, still the exact numbers we discussed. We were surprised to drive off in our pilot today. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Herve and the team at Honda Gallery to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
