BUMPY AT TIMES/HOWEVER THEY NEVER GIVE UP! NEVER! BOUGHT HONDA CIVIC 2DR COUPE (2016) THIS WAS A SHOW ROOM CAR PURCHASED FEB 15,17 UNFORTUNATELY, IT HAD SOME PROBLEMS. HOWEVER EVERY PROBLEM WAS ADDRESSED AND FIXED, FOR THE MOST PART! BEING HONEST THERE IS ONE MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT! HOWEVER TO SHOW YOU ALL HOW GOOD THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT REALLY IS! THEY HAVE NEVER BLINK/ NOR QUICK ON TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM! I WAS UPSET, BECAUSE OF SPECIAL TIRES ON THIS CAR! NO PROBLEM ED AND PARTS MANAGER TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM! THEY GOT NEW RIMS AND NEW TIRES TO FIT THE CAR! AGAIN YES I GET UPSET SOMETIMES, AND IT GETS BUMPY. HOWEVER THEY NEVER QUIT ON YOU! NEVER! SO I WOULD HIGHY RECOMEND THEM! NOTE:I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY SOME POOR REWIEWS! I AM TELLING YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY! EVERY TIME I GO IN, I AM TREATED LIKE FAMILY! Major Rip Off Bought my 2016 Pilot from these clowns. Horrible experience. Totally unprofessional service department. Brought my Crosstour to them for a detail. Kept it the entire day and returned it with bugs on the grill and mirrors. Never detailed but charged anyway. Their solution? Free overpriced oil change. Nothing but arrogant service advisors and prices above what you can get elsewhere. My son contacted them, was promised a trade in value by some coward named Phil (internet sales manager). When he arrive Phil hid behind a desk and they lied about the trade value. A bait and switch claim with the Mass Attorney General's Office will follow this week. These people are sleazy. They will only do my warranty work and nothing else. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else to buy a Honda. More
