Best Dealer Experience I've had thanks to Ben! Got to the dealership on a rainy Sunday morning and was warmly greeted by one of their newest salesmen, Ben Guarini. Ben was exceptional with his service, approach and even played around with my kids (7 and 1.5 year old girls). The dealership was clean and well organized. He went out in the pouring rain to get the vehicle for us so we did not have to walk in the rain, extremely thoughtful of him. Where I was Wowed! during my experience was with how they made sure the vehicle was in pristine condition; taking care of scuffs on the bumper and replacing a broken spoiler. I know that Ben went above and beyond, with great communication, making sure I was happy throughout the entire process. They even provided me with a rental for 5 days while my newly purchased car was in the body shop getting beautified! Thank you Ben for making this the Best Car Buying experience I've had so far! First and foremost, I shopped this lease at 8 area Honda dealers, Honda Gallery was the lowest from the start--no games, no haggling, just a solid and honest price from the start. Having been back and forth with 8 Honda dealers and having purchased and leased several cars in the past, I've had my fair share of experience with dealerships and sales people--Rob Giovannucci is without a doubt the best person I've ever purchased a car from. Rob was genuine, honest, and transparent throughout the process. I had a complex issue with a vanity plate that I needed to transfer to my new car. The plate has immense sentimental value to me and Rob took great care of that situation, ensuring that it went smoothly and swiftly. This was how the entire process went with Rob, he went the extra mile at every turn from getting my car inspected himself because their in-house machine was down, to fielding my many phone calls about turning in my current lease (not a Honda).
