Laughed and walked away, came back and said there is no way that is going to happen. Walked out feeling like I was duped. Be weary of this place. More

Alex Schelkin the sales manager, overvalued my trade just to get me to put a deposit down. I returned the next day to buy the car and then was told they were offering me $3,000 less for my trade than I had been offered less than 12 hours before.They continued to screw me over on the interest rate and wasted my time for far too long playing games. It took them over a week to refund my deposit after I placed multiple calls to the dealership. No one from management that I left messages for ever called back either. Like the other reviews say, take your money and run, elsewhere. More

Julie was so helpful. It was a busy night when we arrived and they were short staffed as well, but Julie assured us she would get to us as quickly as she could and she kept her promise. She knew all the ins and outs on the vehicle and that was very helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions. She did not make us feel pressured in any way at all about purchasing the vehicle. She represented Honda Gallery in a very professional manner. We did end up purchasing the car and Julie was able to draw up the paperwork and all that was needed in a timely, efficient manner. Anthony Sacco the finance manager was also very efficient and very knowledgeable! Purchasing a vehicle is a very stressful event and Julie made the process go very smoothly and with as little stress as possible.
