We came back 3 times before making a selection. Carlo explained everything thoroughly to help us make the decision that was right for my sister. He treated us like family not like a customer. Well, Rob and Honda Gallery took all of those factors completely out of play with the recent lease of my new CR-V. First and foremost, I shopped this lease at 8 area Honda dealers, Honda Gallery was the lowest from the start--no games, no haggling, just a solid and honest price from the start. Having been back and forth with 8 Honda dealers and having purchased and leased several cars in the past, I've had my fair share of experience with dealerships and sales people--Rob Giovannucci is without a doubt the best person I've ever purchased a car from. Rob was genuine, honest, and transparent throughout the process. I had a complex issue with a vanity plate that I needed to transfer to my new car. The plate has immense sentimental value to me and Rob took great care of that situation, ensuring that it went smoothly and swiftly. This was how the entire process went with Rob, he went the extra mile at every turn from getting my car inspected himself because their in-house machine was down, to fielding my many phone calls about turning in my current lease (not a Honda). Rob was a pleasure to work with at every point in the process--he didn't just treat me as another sale, he treated me like a friend. Alex Schelkin the sales manager, overvalued my trade just to get me to put a deposit down. I returned the next day to buy the car and then was told they were offering me $3,000 less for my trade than I had been offered less than 12 hours before.They continued to screw me over on the interest rate and wasted my time for far too long playing games. It took them over a week to refund my deposit after I placed multiple calls to the dealership. No one from management that I left messages for ever called back either. Like the other reviews say, take your money and run, elsewhere. More

Julie was so helpful. It was a busy night when we arrived and they were short staffed as well, but Julie assured us she would get to us as quickly as she could and she kept her promise. She knew all the ins and outs on the vehicle and that was very helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions. She did not make us feel pressured in any way at all about purchasing the vehicle. She represented Honda Gallery in a very professional manner. We did end up purchasing the car and Julie was able to draw up the paperwork and all that was needed in a timely, efficient manner. Anthony Sacco the finance manager was also very efficient and very knowledgeable! Purchasing a vehicle is a very stressful event and Julie made the process go very smoothly and with as little stress as possible. With all of these reasons being stated, I would highly recommend Honda Gallery for your car shopping experience. They take the stress out of car shopping! More
