Buyer Beware I came to Honda Gallery hoping to do business with them as their location is so convenient for us. The 2014 Honda Pilot I had seen advertised there h I came to Honda Gallery hoping to do business with them as their location is so convenient for us. The 2014 Honda Pilot I had seen advertised there had already sold, but I test drove a 2013 Pilot and liked the vehicle. Their asking price was not competitive so I tried to negotiate by asking for more on my trade-in. At that, they suggested I sell my trade-in myself. Eventually, I moved on to another dealer advertising a Pilot with similar age and mileage. I did sell my trade-in for cash to a local used car dealer. After I had moved on, Honda Gallery got back in touch and upped their offer for my trade-in. When I didn't bite, the sales manager "guaranteed" I could not sell it for what he was offering. In fact, I had already sold it for $300 more. Thanks, but no thanks. More

Our sales person Herve was great, he spent time understanding what out needs in a car were and showed us several modes that could meet our needs. Herve was also very knowledgeable about the features or each model and what the trade offs would be if we choose one model over another. The interactions with the sales manager (Alexander) were a little painful we went round a bit and ended up were we started. This is not really needed in today's world of internet pricing etc when we are usually talking about a few hundred dollars one way or the other. Finally when we picked up the car Herve spent time with us going all the cars safety and convince features making sure we were comfortable setting up and customizing to our liking. More
