I put a deposit down, had check, the Honda Gallery did not have the title. They were not willing to negotiate or work with me for the inconvenience. I'm currently in school for nursing and have a job. I need a car to get to work, my clinicals, and for errands. The car I used to have was totaled. I came to this dealership and put a deposit down for a car I liked. I told them I was just waiting for check from insurance company. Two weeks later on the day I was going to come buy the car I get a text from sales man telling me the title is missing and it would take possibly more than a month to come in. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE YOU ARE SELLING A CAR WITHOUT HAVING THE TITLE? The sales man mentioned possibly letting me borrow a car for my inconvenience (my car rental was due that week) but the manager told me it wouldn't be "cost effective" for the dealership. The manager said he would "work with me" if there was any other car they had that I liked. I went and saw a car I liked and began to speak with manager to see if he would "work" with me. I thought it was only fair I pay the same as the car I wanted for this new car. The fair thing to do would have been to let me borrow a car while the title for the car I wanted came in. That would have cost them maybe around $5,000. I wanted them to take off $1,500 for the car I was looking at so it would be same price as other one. They were not willing to negotiate and offered to only take off a fee of $240 for the car. I even asked if I waited for other car if they would add a warranty or something for the wait and the manager said "no." I asked if he could speak to his boss again and the manager just brushed it off. It was unprofessional to let me place a deposit on a car without even checking if the title was available. I really hope the Honda Gallery chose to not "work" with me because I am a millennial minority woman and wasn't taken serious enough. Sincerely, Dissatisfied Customer More

I came back at 4:0 Another terrible experience at Honda Gallery. Last summer I dropped my car off for service at 7:30 in the morning and went to work. I came back at 4:00 and they had lost the paperwork and my car had never been looked at. Two hours later I was on the road in a tiny rental car instead of my CRV. So annoyed that when I needed a new car in the fall I switched to Toyota. This time my mom dropped her accord off February 6th for them to fix scratches on her hood that happened when her car was in for service in January. They gave her a rental and all that was available was a huge grand caravan for a 70 year old woman used to driving an accord. It was only going to be three days so she took it. She was finally able to get her car back today. Two full weeks later! Ed Wallace is the service manager and kept giving her the run around. He didn't return multiple calls, didn't keep her updated and was unavailable every time she called. Terrible customer service!!! More
Terrible Service Brought my fiancées car in to have a squealing belt and bucking looked at. Told us they couldn't reproduce the noise. When we picked it up that evening not only did they not have the keys ready for the car, the issue was still there. They told us we could pick up the keys at the sales side as they were open longer than service. Sales has no idea about the car and were willing to let us leave with no car. I insisted they get someone to get the keys and car for us. I'll never go there again. They even had the audacity to charge us for looking at the car which I doubt they did. More

Junior Rodriguez was an amazing salesperson and so pleasant to work with. Anthony Sacco was our finance person (and salesman for our previous CRV) gave lots of info about what we needed and didn't need. This is our 6th Honda! As long as Honda Gallery exists it's the only place we will buy and service our cars!! More

He makes up interest rates. He wants to make the highest commission possible and screw the customer. Glad I sniffed both out and went to Danvers to buy our car. Stay far away from Honda Gallery. More
