Stupid for buying from these clowns responded

Your response is a joke. I have spoken to at least 6 people at Gallery Group, including the manager in Reading. His response, "just block the emails". He fails to recognize that Gallery Group's emails come in from multiple sources and addresses. He was just too lazy to follow up at his end. I also got USPS mailings from, for instance, your BMW/MINI store: an invite to "win" a free MINI, and followup phone calls from them. The girl would not take "no" until I got verbally abusive. INVASIVE So, Gallery Group, when someone says "no", they mean "NO"! If your daughter said that to her date, and he persisted, how would you feel? That's how I feel.! "Move forward"??? LIKE I WOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE "GALLERY GROUP", again.
