Yes, they apologize in many different ways and are sorry. I WILL NEVER LEASE/BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM!! Poor service. After working 12 hours, still trying to get things straight. Oh, by the way, I have received at least 7 contacts to buy or sell my information to other companies. More

This was my first car buying experience, and he was friendly, straightforward, helpful, and best of all, he didn't put any pressure on us as clients. He gave us the information that we asked for, helped us to understand all of the features of the car and associated warranties, and he even made adjustments to the car that we requested. In the end, we also got a significantly better deal on a car when compared with another dealership. Thank you Herve and the Gallery team! More

I thought I would use it to provide positive feedback and I was right!! Peter was a great salesman. He asked me a few questions, found three cars that fit my needs an discussed them with me as I examined them. NO Pressure - just help!! Everyone wanted the deal to work and the HG staff made it happen. Everyone who I met was pleasant, helpful and seemed happy! Managers stopped by to thank me for returning to HG Must be a great place to work!!! BTW The 2016 Honda Civic is a GREAT CAR!! More

My partner and I just bought our first ever car together from Honda Gallery (a 2007 Toyota Matrix), and front start to finish this dealership / experi My partner and I just bought our first ever car together from Honda Gallery (a 2007 Toyota Matrix), and front start to finish this dealership / experience was amazing! Our original appointment was scheduled with Carlo - who greeted us quickly & friendly, and had us meet another sales person who was going to help us out (Peter). While our interaction with Carlo was brief, he checked in throughout our entire experience from sales to financing, and made us feel welcome and being taken care of well. Peter was down to earth, friendly, and had great advice and things to talk about when looking at the car (the two of us are rookies at this and no idea what we were doing!). There was NO PRESSURE to do anything - very laid back - but clearly experienced and felt like we were in good hands. He gave us plenty of time and space to look at the car and discuss things between ourselves and let us make the decisions ourselves. We went and visited a couple other dealerships, which besides not really having the vehicle we wanted in comparison, also just felt...different. Colder, not as friendly, very cookie cutter experience. We came back to the Honda Gallery that afternoon, and Anthony worked for an hour or so finding us the best financing for us. He also was really friendly and super informative about financing and answered all of our questions/concerns (he also had an awesome sense of humor, which for such a serious experience of buying a car, was a plus for me!). Again, there was no pressure from him (we had come in with a pre-approved loan) to go with their financing, but he explained everything very clearly and thoroughly - and we asked to see the numbers multiple times, which he happily provided - and in the end it worked in our favor and we went with it. Overall I could not have asked for an easier, nicer, more professional experience than what I received at Honda Gallery. I was completely floored at how good it was, and how awesome all the people were. Not only will I recommend this place to anyone I know, but I'll start my future car purchases here as well for many years to come. Thank you for making this process of buying our first car an amazing one! More

I am also well aware of and have had experiences with the car buying/leasing experience and I know what to expect when it comes to buying/leasing a car. Car buying should be a fun process for customers but more often than not it is, well, not. With that said I did not expect too much walking into a dealership and I have to ensure that I am always at the top of my game. My wife pointed out Honda Gallery as we were on the highway driving to another dealership that we had planned to visit. We decided to give it a shot since it's there and we were approaching the exit. Now I had read reviews from various dealership around me the day before on Google Map. Honda Gallery was among one of the top rated dealership but I didn't put too much thought into it because we had our sights set on Herb Chambers in Boston where we had leased an Infiniti a few years ago. We had hope that we would be able to secure a good deal since we leased a vehicle from them prior. If my wife hadn't pointed Honda Gallery out while we were on the highway we would have missed an experience that really changed the way we perceive car salesmen. As soon as we stepped through the door the gentlemen at the front counter made eye contact within the first couple of seconds even though he was with someone else. I will refer to as Joe because we did not catch his name and his voice reminded me of Joe Pesci. To me this was a big plus because first impression is very important. Even though it may not be the case all the time it sets the tone for what a customer can expect from a dealership. Kudos to Joe. Joe immediately paired us up with Herve Pierre-Louis, whom I immediately felt comfortable with due to his calm and sincere demeanor. Even though Herve had a calm and sincere demeanor I did not let my guard down as I have been preconditioned by the car buying/leasing experience. I figured it could be a facade that car salesmen put on to make customer comfortable and lower their guard. After all I have had prior experiences where car salesmen presented themselves the same way and turn out to be just like the clichéd car salesmen that most of us dread. We were interested in the 2016 Honda Pilot EX L and Herve was more than happy to show us the only one they had. We checked it out and took it out for a ride. Throughout the whole process Herve did not try to sell us on features or tried to convince us that we need certain features. Instead he really listened to us and relate to us and our needs while pointing out features of the Pilot. That's not to say that Herve wouldn't be able to sell us on features we might need it's because we had already done our homework and we knew exactly what we wanted and were determined not to be led astray. If anything Herve could sell you a stick along with the vehicle. With that said I felt that the experience was akin to how I was trained at Apple. We strive to fulfill the needs of our customer and earn their trust by being honest and catering to their needs and budget. That's what Herve did here. After the drive Herve answered any remaining questions we had. His calm and sincere demeanor never faltered and we never felt uneasy or pressured. Herve was also very enthusiastic and upbeat. The Pilot was the trim we were looking for but the interior/exterior color was not our first or even third choice. Again, we were very determined to find the right trim and color and Herve sensed that. We called it a day and decided to visit the second dealership the next day, Herve left a very good impression on us though. We stopped to chat with Joe briefly about our experience and he thanked us for stopping by. We like Joe. The next day we visited and received the clichéd experience at the second dealership as well as a third. In our car my wife and I recalled the experience we had with Herve at Honda Gallery and we both agreed that a second visit wouldn't hurt even though the exterior/interior color of the Pilot was not our primary choice. Finding the Pilot in our trim and color was no easy task due to the high demand mind you so we decided to give the color that Honda Gallery had a second look. Plus we wanted to run the numbers to see what we can expect. On our second visit to Honda Gallery Joe was just as enthusiastic as ever. Herve was busy with another customer but he came over to assure us that he will help us as soon as he finish assisting the other customer. He gave us the key to the Pilot so that we can check it out again while we wait. After checking out the Pilot we decided that we didn't like it as much as we did initially. We decided to stick it out to at least run the numbers. We sat around for about another hour or so and was growing tired because we had visited 2 dealership earlier. Herve came around a couple of time to make sure that we were ok and if we needed food as it was approaching dinner time. More importantly he was concerned for my wife who is pregnant, i thought that was nice of him. Once Herve was able to assist us he was more than happy to help us run the numbers even though we expressed our dissatisfaction with the color of the Pilot. After some back and forth and with Herve's supervisor Jovan involved on the price of the Pilot we decided that our budget would not work out with the numbers presented. At this point my wife and I was exhausted and we were ready to walk but we decided to check out the CRV EX L that I also researched on prior. We can tell that Herve was also exhausted but he remained enthusiastic and upbeat. He was more than happy to show us the CRV EX L and explain its features and options, and he was willing to let us take it for a spin. We actually really liked the CRV EX L and was interested to see if they had the vehicle in another color. Herve, with a smile was more than happy to fetch the vehicle in the color we want. I think he runs on Red Bulls. After determining the color we went back in to talk numbers with Herve as well as Jovan. After some back and forth Herve and Jovan was able to come through for us with numbers our budget can agree with and they got us out of there with half an hour to spare before closing, on the last day of the President's Day sale, while heavy snow was falling outside. Herve and the Honda Gallery crew was able to get us into our new vehicle the next day. Herve, as enthusiastic and upbeat as ever because he runs on Red Bulls was happy to walk us through our new vehicle, answer all of our questions and tie up any loose ends. He allowed us to stay in touch via phone, visit or text if we had any other questions or comments. Unfortunately Joe Pesci at the counter was not there that day. Herve's enthusiasm, calm and sincere demeanor was there till the end. Overall that was the best experience we've ever had at a dealership because of Herve and the guys at Honda Gallery. The type of service that Herve delivered was refreshing, personalized and genuine without the flakiness that's often found even among the highest rated dealership. I feel that people will return again and again to buy a vehicle from Herve because of the level of service he provided. I know we would.
