However,I was more than pleased to work with Kanita who was very knowledge and she tried to explain about all the new technology and that Honda is known for its reliablilty and safety. She took her time with me and made my confidence so much stronger. After the test drive there was no question as to what I wanted to buy. The following evening my husband came to look at the car I test drove, and she answered all of his questions in a very pleasant and respectful way. She knew exactly what to do to complete the sale and I was more than pleased. She deserves a lot of credit and I am so happy with my new shiny Honda CR-V!!!!!! More

Knowingly selling a lemon Tony and Frank sold me a 2012 Accord which had marginal front brakes and a leaking front tire. I believe they violated the Lemon Law. It is incomprehensible how this dealership receives such good reviews. More

Outstanding Customer Service I recently just bought my 5th Honda, and the last 4 have been from this dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Junior and the GM Frank. The entire process from start to finish including the test drive was under an hour and a half. No back and forth with a dozen different sales tactics. No waiting for Junior to go "talk to his boss." The GM came right to the table, and we worked out a deal in about 10 minutes! Later while working out the financing with Steve he was a able to find a way for me to further lower my payment, Needless to say... I like that man. Everyone I encountered was professional and kind. I have been loyal to this dealership, and I feel they have been loyal to me as well. I feel I was given a great deal on the purchase price of my new Honda Pilot, and would highly recommend working with this dealership to anyone! More

Warm, professional, straightforward and patient I just purchased a Honda HRV, new, and was pleased with the whole experience. At the time, I hadn't fully decided on the HRV and Junior was able to answer all my questions about other cars, comparisons, etc. He felt like a knowledgeable resource. After the test drive Junior and I talked price - he was straightforward and respectful of my budget. David and I haggled a bit further on details (painless) and settled on a fair price and a good trade in value on my current Honda. Once everything was signed Junior walked me through everything in the car, how to use stuff, features, etc. SUPER helpful and definitely the fun part. Overall - in and out in four hours and very little of the time was spent just waiting. More
