We were disappointed to find that the car we had been interested in had been recently sold. We took Michael Fiorentino up on his offer to show us another Fit of the same year.The car was, as expected, a great drive, but we both really appreciated how candid, down-to-earth, and most importantly NOT PUSHY Michael was. When we purchased my partner's car last year at another dealership, we had come away feeling as if we had been strong armed into something, given incomplete information, and were just another drop in the bucket. Added to the warm greeting we had received the second we stepped in the door, and that the atmosphere invoked customer privacy and comfort, we decided to buy the car despite it being slightly out of the price range, and that we had had several other test drives lined up. Walking out of the Honda Gallery, we felt like we had a much better sense of what to expect over the next week. Michael and Anthony Sacco together did a great job of helping us understand what our options were and identifying what was important to us. Even after signing, Michael surpassed our expectations! We had expected to make three separate trips up to the dealership before driving the car away. Michael kept great communication with us, and surprised us when he announced that we could drive the car off on just our second visit. We really appreciate that Michael went both out of his way, and above and beyond his obligations to expedite the process for us. All in all, a fantastic experience. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a car. More

Great Experience! From what I understand, the Honda Gallery bases how well their sales staff are doing on customer service and not on the number of cards they sell. As a single woman, buying a car can be intimidating and not very pleasant. I've been to several other dealerships over the past 3 months and quite honestly I felt like I needed a shower after each visit. Herve made this experience as pleasant as possible. He went above and beyond and I so appreciate it. I'll be recommending Herve to anyone I know that's looking to buy a car. More

We were greeted by Darren Pen My wife and I went in on a late Saturday afternoon to purchase a used CRV and trading in our 10 year old Honda Odyssey. We were greeted by Darren Pensavalli who said he was there to answer any questions for us. He was not intrusive at all, which we appreciate. I never responded well to the aggressive salesman approach. Once we got a good look at some of the cars, we approached Darren who proved to be incredibly engaging, down to earth, funny, and knowledgeable. He was genuine in his recommendations and answered all questions we had. What I appreciated most was Darren's authenticity. He was not putting up a "sales façade" personality. It made our car buying experience very seamless. We bought our car the next day. It was a used car that looks brand new. Darren made the process smooth and we are very happy with our purchase. We feel confident (after doing our own research) that we got a good price. Any concerns/questions were followed through and taken seriously by Darren and other staff. In addition, our financing was handled by Anthony Sacco, who was also a pleasure to work with. Down to earth, friendly, clear. We had specific needs for our vehicle, due to frequent moves, that they were able to proactively accomplish without a problem. In our opinion, the Honda Gallery team have been the most military friendly dealer we have ever experienced. There was a respect for customers that I have not seen in other dealerships and genuine concern to fit the right vehicle for our family and not try to sell us something we didn't need or want. We received an absolutely unbelievable deal for our new Odyssey and value for our trade in! Striving to make their clients happy! I purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla about four years ago from the Honda Gallery as a trade-in. After I put almost 100,000 miles on it, I made the decisi I purchased a 2005 Toyota Corolla about four years ago from the Honda Gallery as a trade-in. After I put almost 100,000 miles on it, I made the decision to go back and see if I could purchase something newer and nicer. I met with Herve and went over some options. On the initial day that I had revisited the Honda Gallery, I didn't find too much that I liked. Herve, however, contacted me the next day and advised that he had something in my price range that they had just got in that day. I went back to test drive it and thought it was a good fit. Since they got the car that day, the title had not yet arrived. I was told that it shouldn't be too long for the title to arrive and we would proceed with everything once it was in hand. Unfortunately, the bank (or whoever was supposed to send the title to Honda Gallery) dropped the ball and sent it to a different location after over two weeks of waiting. I am not writing this to deter anyone from going to Honda Gallery. I am actually trying to do the complete opposite, and I'll explain why. Herve and Carlo managed to have a newer car with half the miles sent to the Reading location for me to look at from another location. I went back to Reading, test drove it, loved it, and now am the proud owner of a 2010 Honda Civic LX-S. They made what could have been an incredibly discouraging experience into an exceptional one. Never did Herve make me feel pressured into buying anything that I didn't want to and really worked with me to find a car that would fit my lifestyle and price range. His super personality and wealth of information enabled us to make the right decision in choosing the Honda CR-V. Junior was very attentive and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured during the entire consultation. He worked with us past normal business hours and we didn't feel rushed in the process. This evening we picked up the vehicle and was impressed with its immaculate condition. Junior took the time to show us the many features of the CR-V.
